Spacious apartment in Garcia neighbourhood

Pros: We really liked the location of the accommodation. Short walk to lots of restaurants and shops in the Garcia area but away from the very busy, loud streets. Also a short walk to a metro station and within walking distance of some main attractions. Very spacious - large bathroom, big dining/ sitting area and double bed with wardrobes in the bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The host kindly allowed us to collect the keys and drop off our bags earlier.

Cons: Please bear in mind there is no lift in the building and the staircase is steep and narrow. The bathroom has no ventilation and there was damp in the shower and the towels didn't dry properly as there was no heating. The whole apartment looked a bit tired and could very easily look a lot nicer with a fresh lick of paint. It also very much needs a proper deep clean, rather than just a surface clean in between guests.

Pros: Furnished, with hair dryer even if it wasn’t noted among the inclusions, 3 coffee pods which were very appreciated and very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: A bit of dust under the bed and the bathroom sometimes smelled a bit bad. The stairs are steep and stretched, but you get used to them.

Good value for the money

Clean apartment in fantastic location!

Pros: Very spacious and extremely well located. Was great to have more room to spread out.

Cons: The staircase was very narrow. I felt they could have had a few small extra touches, like soap/body wash in the bathroom. It was otherwise great.

Pros: The location was amazing, in the heart of the city but on a quiet street. Very clean with everything you need. The sofa turns into a comfy bed.

Cons: The apartment is at the 3rd floor with no elevator. Fur us it wasn't a problem but it is not recommendable for people with mobility issues.

Lovely few days in Barcelona

Pros: Close to plazas and metros Clean good size for one or two persons

Lovely flat in great central area. Would stay again!

Pros: Lovely flat in great central area. Host and check in person were very accommodating and quick to reply. Flat has all things you need. The area is close to tubes and shops, lovely to walk around with plenty of amenities nearby. Sagrada Familia and Park Guell were only like 20-30 min walk. We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this place. Good value for money considering area and other properties.

Cons: Washing machine could be handy although not a deal breaker. As other reviews mentioned, stairs are quite narrow and steep, so if you have any mobility issues do bear that in mind. It is quite a workout to get up there but keeps you fit! Not a problem for us :)

Excellent location and comf apartment.

Pros: Location is excellent, L3, L5 and many buses nearby. 2 shops at the end of the street with long opening hours. Apartment was clean and well equipped, internet was fast, key transfer and payment was swift and easy. Bed was comfy. I could definitely recommend!

Cons: Shower was a bit mouldy, but it had a clean impression overall.

Very pleasant stay, highly recommend unless you have mobility issues

Pros: Accommodation itself is very nice, kitchen with oven, toaster and electric hobs. Nice location and easy to get to lots of nice bars and restaurants. Multiple shops nearby. We were greeted upon arrival where we paid for the accommodation and the city tax.

Cons: The stairs are very narrow, dark and the apartment is on the third floor. It was okay for us but I wouldn’t recommend if you had lots of luggage or struggle with stairs. It’s also a bit out the centre so you get more of the anti-tourist sentiment, but as long as you’re respectful and at least try to speak some Spanish you’ll be okay

Pros: The room size was great. In a good location close to a grocery store.

Cons: The staff were amazing be really helpful
