Excellent

Pros: The location, and the lady who met us was very friendly

Cons: It was a good property

Change mattresses, cushions & clean fan.

Pros: Property key manager, Ms Monserrat was very friendly & helpful and accommodating. Location is within 5-8mins walk to Diagonal Metro station & shopping area. 2 metro station away from central station-Catalunya.

Cons: Thin mattresses & kind of sunken. Washing machine “difficult” to operate as in, it took more than the required time that was set and to reset, often ended up a double run-but this could possibly due to “language” barrier with the washer. The small fan in the last small single-bedded room was dirty & blew out some dirt and the sofa/arm chairs cushion felt dirty. Were out most times so kind of could “live” with these for 3-nights stay. Overall pleasant.

Pros: The apartment is located in an excellent location, and it has an appropriate number of bedrooms and a spacious living room.

Cons: The walls are very thin, so neighbours can be heard very clearly, especially at night. The view through the window is not visible because the glass is opaque.

Departamento super recomendable.
