Pros: The apartment is in a great location, very close to the metro station with many restaurants and tapas bars within walking distance. It was very clean, and we felt safe thanks to the alarm system. The heating was also very efficient.The kitchen is well-equipped and the living room is lovely. The person who welcomed us,Jonathan, was very helpful; we communicated beforehand and he allowed us to leave our luggage in the room before the official check-in time.Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement regarding the noise.

Cons: The soundproofing wasn't great. You could hear street noise, but the main issue was the elevator. Its metal doors close with a very loud bang at night, no matter how hard you try to close them quietly! Those sleeping in the interior bedroom found it quite disruptive. Also,it would be helpful to add a small shelf in the second shower for toiletries (shampoo/soap), as it’s currently a bit inconvenient.

Great location, perfect for families.

Pros: The location of the property is really nice, every major city attractions are walking distance, or easily accessible by taxi, which you can get just downstairs. (Also the airport is like 20 minutes away.) The apartment was really spacious, clean and warm. Sarah greeted us when we arrived and explained everything for our stay. The apartment has alarm system installed, which I found a positive. The beds were comfy enough.

Cons: The soundproofing of the building is close to none, so we could hear the street noises and garbage collection etc at night from the bedroom and it woke me up a couple of times. And the neighbours were having a party one night, which was quite noisy (although they did stop around midnight which was ok). Also the elevator is super old and you can only close and open it with a big bang noise and we could hear that all the time from inside the house too. The kitchen would be nice to have a dishwasher.

Everything was fine, recommended.

Pros: Great location, spacious apartment. Everything was super tidy and comfortable. Cristina, our check-in agent is very friendly and helpful.

Cons: One of the bedrooms is on the street-front. It’s totally bearable, but make sure to use earplugs if you are sensitive to traffic noise.

amazing stay in Barcelona

Pros: Jefferson from Loca Barcelona was great, he met us on time, gave us a tour of the place and also great suggestions for restaurants. The location was amazing and we loved Carrer de Blai for the great food and atmosphere. The Beds were comfortable and we loved the great closet room for our luggages.

Cons: It would have been useful to have a dish rack or something to let the dishes dry and pods for the coffee machine.

Pros: Het was een prachtig appartement dat volledig in orde was. De hulp van Luca was ook heel goed!

Cons: Als ik 1 puntje van kritiek moet geven, is dat het terras kleiner is dan op de foto. Je kan er juist met 3 op zitten. Maar het is niet storend.
