Pros: The place is nice, actually more spacious than we expected based on the photos.

Cons: There is a LOT of noise coming in to 2 of the rooms from the stairwell. Both the main gate and the lift are very noisy, and it makes it quite difficult to get a good nights´ sleep.

Muy amplio, límpio y agradable. Buena atención y buena ubicación.

Pros: Cristina nos atendió amablemente antes y durante nuestra estancia, nos esperaba en el piso con las llaves y nos dió todas las indicaciones de uso perfectamente. Estamos muy satisfechos de la atención recibida!

Cons: El ascensor es antiguo y justito para la atención de huéspedes con maletas, aunque se entiende porque el edificio es antiguo y también le confiere encanto.

Excelente ubicación y muy amplio

Pros: El departamento es muy amplio, ideal para un grupo y contaba con todos los servicios necesarios para la estancia. La ubicación muy buena, el metro está a 5 min caminando.

Cons: Quizá fue algo puntual pero se escuchaba el ruido de otros pisos. También de la calle (pero esto se entiende porque está en una avenida)

Excellent place to stay, safe, and stress free

Pros: The apartment spacious, clean, with the needed things for our entire stay. AC working great, hot water all the time, Walking distance to many attractions Montjuic, shopping mall, plaza Espana 10 mins. Metro stations 3 mins., bus 2 minutes, supermarkets and restaurants 2-10 minutes. Ramblas, Passeig de gracia, etc. 25 minutes and Sants train station 20 minutes walk. Our Host Thamera was excellent. we will be back

Cons: I will suggest for more than 5 days add extra bathroom soap and laundry soap too.

Cons: Los baños son un poco pequeños, y solo hay 1 ducha, y el ascensor del edificio es un poco ajustado.

Central Location, Value for the Money!

Pros: We enjoyed the central location of this apartment, close to some main attractions in Barcelona, either walkable or by metro. We also enjoyed the bathroom and half bath, as we were two couples traveling together. The balcony in the master bedroom is very cute! We appreciate the air conditioning :D

Cons: We had some check-in time confusion as we had not confirmed the new time we requested with the host. However they responded quickly and sent someone over despite the miscommunication early, and we were able to check-in at our requested time.

Pros: El piso está bien. Es un edificio antiguo bien adaptado. La zona tiene muchos comercios y sitios donde comer.

Cons: Reservamos para 2 personas y luego lo queríamos modificar para 4 y nos costó quizá demasiado. Tuvimos que hacer varias llamadas y mensajes. Estaría mejor un precio inferior.
