Aspasios Poble Nou Apartments

Pros: Great location, shopping center nearby and small places to visit for food. Beach is walkind distance

Cons: thin walls, you can hear when people walk in the coridor of party upstairs. Nothing the owner can do about the partys that go on at night

Pros: We loved everything: the location, layout and the size of the flat etc. It had everything you needed. So nice that washing machine capsules and kitchen paper was provided. Really really happy with our stay!

A good apartment with excellent heating.

Pros: Great apartment. I would especially highlight the very well-organized heating as a particularly positive feature. The location is close to the metro, and everything was impeccably clean.

Cons: The check-in process before arriving at the apartment is quite demanding, as it requires uploading scanned personal documents. The sofa is not in the best condition, but it is still okay. It would also be great if the shared terrace could be opened about an hour earlier.

Pros: In this flat you can find everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Even for laundering. Close to the metro station. Good coffee houses nearby.

Cons: To make it perfect I would add a sleepers for guests

Pros: They gave us early checkin and the stuff was nice!

Would recommend as convenient location for transport links and not too noisy. Pool very small and shallow but clean and

Pros: Location and facilities. Welcome pack sufficient for our stay. Felt clean and comfortable.

Cons: Shower heads in both bathrooms need replacing. Have to hold as wall brackets ineffective.

Lovely, clean secure apartment for a city break.

Pros: Clean, secure apartment with balcony and access to shared roof top plunge pool and loungers. Easy access instructions. Close to a metro station.

Great location

Pros: Great location, lockers secure and great for early arrivals and late departure. Great communication and dealt with any issues straight away. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Cons: If your unlucky enough to get noisy neighbours that dont listen to the curfews but was dealt with once reported swiftly. Could do with the floors being cleaned a bit better.

Good accommodation for a short weekend stay

Pros: Really good location, close to the metro, straightforward for the airport. A really nice quiet but safe district, bars and restaurants close. Property was clean, professionally managed, good facilities and perfect for our family group of six.

Cons: It’s minor but the pool is small so if it’s being used there is not a lot of room for others. But heh, it’s got a pool, so it feels a bit harsh to say that.

Great accommodation overall would definitely recommend.

Pros: Location and easy access to transport Spacious living area Comfy beds

Cons: The lock wasn't working when we arrived and a engineer had to be sent out and we couldn't leave till it was fixed took about 2/3hrs so not the best start. There wasn't a hair dryer either. But it was all resolved with good communication with the staff team.
