Pros: The location of the apartment is very close to the metro and easy to reach from Barcelona Sants train station. The apartment is clean. Gerard, the person who handled our check-in, was very friendly and professional and we appreciated that we were able to leave our luggage earlier than the check in time.

Cons: The apartment is not well sound proofed and even if the windows are not facing the main street, there is still quite noisy because of the elevator and neighbours. The rooms are very small, but were ok for a family with 2 kids like ours.

Pros: We were very satisfied with the accommodation. We stayed for three days in the three-room apartment during our conference week. It's conveniently located near the bus station coming from the airport, and the metro is just a one-minute walk away. The place was clean and peaceful. Cristina was always available to answer all our questions. Highly recommended!

Pros: La ubicación y la limpieza. Y que está equipado de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días.

Cons: La gente incívica q se aloja en apartamentos turísticos y que molesta a los vecinos a altas horas de la madrugada.

Perfect stay with an amazing host

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The location, cleanliness, and other quality were all at the highest level. What stood out the most was pur host Jefferson, who was extremely kind and always available! Truly outstanding!

Alle von uns waren sehr zufrieden!

Pros: Es war perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Wir sind eine Familie und mein Bruder und ich hatten jeweils ein eigenes Zimmer. Die Klima funktioniert gut, in allen Zimmern. Es gibt sogar einen süßen alten Lift.

Cons: Das Bad war etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Es ist sehr leise, nur manchmal am Abend hört man die Nachbarn.

Pros: Casa limpia y acogedora 1. La habitación está súper limpia, incluyendo la ropa de cama y el baño están muy ordenados, y me siento muy aliviada de vivir con mis hijos. 2. El aire acondicionado central puede hacer que la temperatura de la habitación sea muy cómoda y cálida. 3. La ubicación de la habitación es excelente, hay una estación de metro cerca y se puede llegar a pie a atracciones como la Plaza de España, Las Ramblas, Plaça Catalunya, la Catedral Catalana y otras atracciones. 4. Hay supermercados, fruterías y carnicerías muy convenientes alrededor, y los precios son asequibles. 5. Los utensilios de cocina y los condimentos son muy completos, lo que puede satisfacer tus buenas habilidades culinarias. 6. El personal Serra es muy entusiasta y explica pacientemente las precauciones para el uso de la habitación, y nos presenta las cosas divertidas y deliciosas que existen, ahorrando mucho tiempo para hacer la estrategia. Muy recomendable, puede elegir con confianza
