Wonderful location, apartment needs updating.

Pros: Location is ideal - half a block off the passeig de gracia, 2 blocks to Plaza de Catalunya, easy and beautiful walk to EVERYTHING. Right in the heart of the city center. Great little balcony. Very attentive management company.

Cons: Apartment is old and I guess that's part of it's charm, but could use updating. Didn't feel as clean as I like. Dishwasher didn't work. Space is laid out a little strangely with large entryway and a back hallway that aren't very useful. No dining table, not enough chairs or seating space in general.

Pros: Super lokatie in het centrum. Groot appartement met balkon.

Cons: Er is geen lift. Appartement op de 4de etage. Was voor ons wel te doen.

Pros: Das Apartment war super und sehr groß! 2 Küchen und 2 Bäder, sowie 3 Schlafzimmer. Die Lage war top! Direkt um die Ecke ist der Plaça de Catalunya und der Beginn der Ramblas. Die Sightseeing-Busse und der Aerobus halten direkt um die Ecke. Und im Haus nebenan ist direkt ein Aldi. Im Schlafzimmer zu der Straßen hin war es zwar etwas lauter, aber mit Ohropax wars ok. Dafür waren die anderen Schlafzimmer sehr ruhig.

Cons: Die Treppen waren nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt der Endgegner, also man sollte schon fit sein. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war nicht wirklich vorhanden, somit dauert duschen mit langen Haaren bisschen länger.

Pros: Posizione perfetta! Appartamento con cucina per cui nessun problema di orari. Appartamento curato e molto carino, un tocco di classico in una città moderna. La terrazza abitabile e interna, garantisce privacy. Tutte qualità che fanno dimenticare i 4 piani senza ascensore (comunque sono solo 68 scalini). Proprietà sempre presente. Se torniamo a Barcellona non avrei dubbi nel ricontattarli. Coniagliatissimo
