A bit pricey, but overall a great option for a few days in Barcelona.

Pros: Good communication for check in. Marina was great in meeting us prior to the usual check in and allowed us to drop off bags. Great location, walking distance to most sights and La Rambla, and multiple metro stops close by.

Cons: On check in, the property had not been cleaned from the previous booking. We were told it would not be ready until 4pm. It in fact was not ready until 1730. Fortunately, we had dropped off our bags early, so we could wander the area while we waited. Also, the 3 seat sofa is extremely uncomfortable for sitting on.

Pros: The apartment is very nicely kept and quite spacious. Location is ideal and very close to supermarkets, cafés and shops. Hosts are very kind and always available.

Cons: Stairway to unit are a bit slippery... Elevator is quite small as are most in Europe.
