Wonderful

Pros: The location of the apartment is great - in the center. Nearby is public transport, shops, restaurants. Check-in is very easy - remote.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like were the two small bedrooms - very dark and small.

Great

Pros: Great location — all the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is clean, quiet, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was easy, communication with the host was smooth, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Cons: The only thing we didn’t love was the lighting in the rooms — it felt a bit too dim. Improving the lighting would make the stay even better.

Wonderful

Pros: Property location was excellent and near the city centre and had a supermarket around the corner and had a great amount of utensils and large pots which is great when there is a few of you. Also very safe with the log in and separate doors to get in. Great lot of restaurants close and Alice secret Garden court yard was great. Loved every minute of our stay!!

Wonderfully located, clean, great for a group!

Pros: Wonderful location! Clean and well equipped apartment. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. There were enough amenities to get us through a week-long stay. The host also left a chocolate for us which was super nice!! We loved it for a group stay and will come back again.

Cons: Master bedroom is a bit noisy, but that’s the perks of being in the city.

Perfect for a family stay

Pros: I would highly recommend this flat for any family who wants to truly get to know Barcelona. We visited with our three children aged 7, 15 and 17 and made this apartment our home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the living room was perfect for relaxing between exploring. You won't find a better location than this flat in Barca as it's in between two underground stations and surrounded by great restaurants and supermarkets. Francois, who I believe has recently taken over this apartment went above and beyond to try and make our stay perfect and Jorge the porter for the building was so kind and friendly he made us feel safe staying in a mixed building. .

Cons: Being so centrally located, the local bars are very busy at the weekends and can be quite noisy for the front main (double) room. If you can sleep with ear plugs or are a heavy sleeper then this shouldn't be an issue

Pros: Location could not have been better for us. Felipe responded immediately to our queries. Showers were fabulous and apartment was spacious and secure.

Cons: We struggled to access the apartment but that was our own ineptitude. There was a lot of street noise in the main bedroom but that was only to be expected in such a central location. Beds were a bit too hard for our liking. Kitchen only had the most basic essentials, no sharp knife. We would have struggled to prepare and cook a meal
