13PAR1004 - Fabulous apartment in the heart of Barcelona

10/10 would recommend for groups of 3-4.

Pros: The location is great, all attractions are easily accessible through by metro - which is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, fully equipped and spacious enough for 2 couples. Although located on the main street it very quiet. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond.

Cons: Not too much of a deal breaker but the living room is a bit small and the couch can only fit 2 people in it. However we didn’t spend that much time home anyway and the rest of the space was good. Also, some slippers would be nice :)

Pros: The appartement was very clean, with enough facilities, very well located in the heart of Barcelona.

Cons: One shower cabin was minuscule, suitable only for children, I think. One bedroom was also very little, suitable for only one person and hardly for two. The wi-fi signal was week.

Pros: Very big and clean apartment near to metro station and shopping center.

Cons: Lift Is noicy

Pros: The check in agent was great and has a good personality.He explains everything well.And we are able to check in an hour before the time given.And easy to communicate with the owner.

Cons: It doesn't have a heater and no dining room.Other than that evrything was great and good value for money.

Pros: Muy amplio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Cerca tanto de metro como de autobús.

Auf den ersten Blick top ... mit einigen Mankos

Pros: Top Lage, große Wohnung Für Kurztrip sehr nett und ganz okay Ein Bett war top ein Bett war flopp

Cons: Leider gar nichts zum Aufhängen, nicht einmal im Bad für die Handtücher Kästen in der Küche für Riesen ... kaum erreichbar, Kein Geschirrtuch Fenster in der Küche war total staubig Das Haus total hellhörig Wenn jemand in der Nachbarwohnung spricht, geht oder TV schaut ... man hört leider alles Besonders in der Nacht ging es voll zu!

Pros: A localização e o prédio antigo onde ele se localiza

Cons: Alguns cômodos que não servem pra nada e cozinha muito apertada

Pros: Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung schön. Die Leute von Loca sind angenehm und hilfsbereit.

Cons: Es gibt Nachbarn, die sehr lärmempfindlich sind und schnell die Polizei rufen… Aber es ist sicherlich nicht ganz einfach, immer Leute im Haus zu haben. Teilweise auch welche, die immer Partys feiern.

Pros: Posizione comodissima, fermata metro proprio sotto e negozi vicini. Igiene perfetta. Accoglienza perfetta e chi ci ha accolto è stato sempre attento, preciso e disponibile anche per risolvere qualche difficoltà con l’equipaggiamento della cucina.
