Housalia Sagrada Familia Views

Highly recommended

Pros: Accommodation and location were excellent. Apartment was well equipped and the contact people were friendly and helpful.

Cons: The office only opened at 10h00. We had an early arrival and had to walk around the streets with our suitcases.

Excellent views, great location, lovely apartment for families.

Pros: The view is extraordinary and exactly as depicted in the pictures. The photos provided are extremely accurate to the view you get. The location is amazing, perfect for visiting the Sagrada Familia and the rest of Barcelona as it is close to a Metro station and wider facilities. The apartment was clean, well furnished and exactly what we needed as a family of 4. The staff were lovely, met us at the apartment and showed us round. They were really good at communicating and also providing a google map of the area.

Cons: The second air conditioning unit didn't work which was slightly disappointing and made the bedrooms a little too warm. However they responded to our comments and whilst they were unable to rectify this during our stay, I've no doubt this will be fixed shortly and shouldn't pose a problem. The balcony doors did not appear to have an internal lock which might be a concern with small children as there is one in each room and the balconies are quite low.

Superb!

Pros: This place is amazing, cozy and comfy. The apartment is exactly what we're looking for since it also has a good view of Sagrada. Everything you need is within reach. Tourist spots, restaurant, convenience store, taxi stand , souvenirs shops are all just around the corner. The apartment is just wonderful- special mentioned to Alfonso who assisted as and gave us a warm welcome - he instructed us with everything we need to know during our stay and how to stay safe while enjoying the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Cons: All is fine. Expectations were met, comfy bedroom, clean bathroom. Classy living room, kitchen is neat and tidy even spacious, you can even cook as all the kitchen tools are there with free foods just in case you feel hungry - some breads and spreads are provided even coffee and tea. All in all, if only I am not after the tourist spots - then I would definitely stay only in the apartment. Kuddos. 😁

Pros: We had a rest with two children, we really liked the apartment. Clean, neat, after repair, the hot water pressure is very good, you can turn on the heating, which was important for us. The apartment had everything necessary for living, even our first breakfast. We had a late check-in, we were hospitably welcomed, everything was explained. The Sagrada Familia is visible from the window, excellent location, everything is nearby: metro, shops, cafes. Despite the fact that the area is very busy, the apartment was quiet. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back! I recommend it.

Great view and location- perfect in the winter

Pros: The view and location are the primary benefits of this spot. We absolutely loved being able to see the sagrada familia outside our window during different times of the day. It was stunning! There are a lot of restaurants and two nice parks right around the apartment. The company that manages this property also provided great customer service and were incredibly responsive. Another bonus is that the building has an elevator which was very helpful for stroller access.

Cons: While I realize that air conditioning is not standard in apartments in Spain, the one in the apartment was very weak and that made it incredibly difficult to stay in the apartment during very hot days. They had a small fan in each bedroom but those were not strong enough to cool the room during a heatwave so it was uncomfortable to sleep in there. I think during the winter, this wouldn't be an issue and the apartment would be amazing. Unfortunately you need better cooling systems during the hot summer days in Barcelona.

Pros: Location, location, location 😊 Probably the best apartment in town as to what u get to see, it's like u never want to leave the window!!

Cons: The furniture is not in top shape, Ikea stuff not classy at all as to the building arhitectura, potențial and it's one of a kind views.. also beds not confortabile and ants in the bathroom

Pros: Extremely friendly personnel. Very fast response to personal requests. Amazing location with a window view to Sagrada Familia. Spacious and clean apartment.

성당 뷰가 어메이징한 숙소

Pros: 1.호스트가 매우 친절함, 숙소 사용 방법을 친절하게 설명해줌, 어려운점이 있거나 질문을 할때 신속하고 친절하게 설명해줌 2. 이 숙소는 사그라다 성당을 정면으로 바라볼수 있는 곳에 위치함, 성당까지 2분이면 도착함. 발코니 문과 거실창을 통해 하루종일 사그라다 성당을 볼수 있음, 3.매우 아름답고 경의로운 성당 뷰, 잊을 수 없음 4. 숙소에서 3분 거리 안에, 슈퍼마켓, 패스트푸드점, 기념품샵, 매우 많은 음식점, 젤라또 가게를 찾을수 있음 5.작고 느리지만 엘리베이터가 있음(스페인에서 묵은 모든 숙소의 엘리베이터는 작고 아담했음) 6.숙소 앞 도로가에서 쉽게 택시를 잡을 수 있음 7. 식용유, 주방세제, 드럼 세탁기 캡슐 세제(1개)를 제공해 줌 8.사그라다파밀리아 성당을 지척에서 오래 감상하고 싶은 분께 추천함.

Cons: 1.중심 관광지로 가려면 대중교통(택시 등)을 이용해야 함, 우리는 4명이라, 택시 한대로 여기저기 이동하는게 저렴하고 편리했음, 걷은것을 좋아한다면, 도보30분 정도,거리는 걸어다녀도 좋음, 우리는 벙커 구경 후 걸어서 숙소까지 왔는데, 오래 걸었지만, 바르셀로나 구석구석을 구경할수 있어 좋았음

Pros: サグラダファミリアの全体像を正面に、毎日過ごせて何とも贅沢です。 子連れで、実際に訪問した時は子供の体調や気分に左右されがちなので、子供が寝ている間の朝のコーヒーや夜のワインを豊かな景色と共に過ごせて幸せでした。光の当たり方で表情を変える姿は圧倒的で、美しかったです。 地下鉄の駅が近く、複数のスーパーや飲食店も徒歩圏内で、外食も自炊もしやすいです。

Cons: 窓の鍵がかけれないところがありました。知らずに子供が開けて落ちたりしないように、直していただければと思いました。 調理器具が少し少なめです。包丁がペティナイフとパン切り包丁しかありませんでした。また、私は3泊毎日ほぼ朝晩食器洗い機を使ったのですが、洗剤は1個しかなかったので、たくさん自炊される方は持参された方がいいかもしれません。(洗濯洗剤も)

Großzügige Wohnung mit atemberaubendem Blick auf die Sagrada Familia in Toplage

Pros: Eine bessere Aussicht auf die Sagrada Familia gibt es nicht! Auch sonst perfekt gelegen, Bushaltestellen, U-Bahn direkt um die Ecke, Supermarkt, Restaurants, alles was man braucht direkt vor der Tür. Dafür muss man in Kauf nehmen, dass auch nachts eine gewisse Lautstärke ist, aber nur bei geöffnetem Fenster. Neu renoviertes Bad, Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Kaffeekapseln, Kekse, Wasch-und Spülmaschinentabs für 2 Wäschen, Wasser und Saft im Kühlschrank. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, perfekte Betreuung schon vor der Anreise. Kofferaufbewahrung im Büro ganz in der Nähe nach dem Checkout top! Vergessene Ohrringe wurden gefunden und nach Deutschland gesendet, nochmals tausend Dank!!!

Cons: Bitte tauscht die Polstermöbel (Sessel und Sofa) aus. Sie sind schon recht dreckig, so dass man sich nicht ohne Unterlage setzen mag. Die sonst so schöne Wohnung wird dadurch deutlich abgewertet. Seht das bitte als gutgemeinten Ratschlag, es wäre schade, wenn dadurch die Wohnung zukünftig schlechtere Bewertungen bekommen würde, denn das hat sie und das habt ihr als Team Housalia nicht verdient!!
