Magnificent view of Sagrada Familia

Pros: The view, the rooftop terrace, the nice receptionists and owner. The appartment has a fully equiped kitchen for those who need it, and the rooftop terrace has sun lounges, tables and even a barbecue. The location is perfect, near Sagrada and many restaurants and cafes, breakfast at the restaurant downstairs is quite tasty. Guests who have breakfast at Tastet d'Arturo will receive a free drink. Do not worry so much because of the stairs: it's the price worth paying for a magnificent view of the Sagrada.

Cons: Beddings and linens were quite worn out, there was no clothes hanger in the hall of the appartment and neither in the bathroom. The entry system - with just 1 large key instead of an access code system that could be so much easier. The appartment deserves a fresh painting and all these small adjustments as the view and location are really worthy.

I fully recommend this place !

Pros: The location ! Beautiful apartment, wonderful view, in a great neigbourhood, well communicated. The beds where very comfortable and the roof top terrace with a pizza oven is unbeatable ! . Furthermore , Arturo and his team were very kind and helpful. Finally, they also run the restaurant just next door. Great food for breakfast or real local tapas and specialties.

Pros: Amazing view, excellent location close to attractions, shops, restaurants and park for kids. friendly and helpful staff, brilliant, spacious apartment with everything you need. Very clean.

Cons: You need to walk up lots of stairs to the room, If you don’t like stairs don’t book this. It Wasn’t a problem for me however and I would definately stay again.

Sagrada Familia - unforgettable views.

Pros: The excellent view of the Sagrada Familia. The location of the apartment was close to the Metro.

Cons: Fortunately we're relatively fit and could manage the stairs with our luggage. It would be very difficult for someone with mobility issues.

Cons: The floor could have done with a mop. My feet were black after walking on it for 5 mins

The room with the most spectacular view

Pros: The most amazing view from the apartment and the chill rooftop vibes. The apartment was beautifully presented and the air conditioning was well received. The coffee machine was a bonus and the location of this apartment cannot be beaten.

Overall, it was a perfect sized apartment, in a beautiful location

Pros: beautiful views of the basilica spacious apartment really lovely welcoming staff restaurant next door - v good Italian bistro a few doors away - excellent lovely coffee shops

Cons: the towels and duvet covers (while clean) could do with an update a little more colour in the fabrics would be nice there was an ugly smell in the apartment at particular times; this was quite sickening - guessed it was linked to shores/sewage
