Pros: Spacious apartment. Big leather sofa, elevator, 2 bathrooms, bathrobes given, nice bathing liquid, and kichen cleaning product pack like hotels. Very clean kitchen utensils and plenty of them. Large dining table.Few mins walk to nearest metro and train station (RENFE) so easy access to the airport. Shopping starts outside the apartment.

Cons: Difficulty during check in. Need to have call service to resolve check in remotely. A bit old facility. Shower cubicle a bit rundown. Heating works in certain rooms but after calling the helpline, they repaired. Lots of statue in the apartment, personally I dont like that. Only 1 dishwasher tablet given for a 4 nights stay. Washing machine not clean, wiped the rubber ceiling and it was black. No dryer and very small drying rack given.

Pros: The check-in was automated, the door opened at 15:00 sharp.

Odlična lokacija in čiste sobe z zahtevnimi sosedi, ki zahtevajo popoln mir po 22 uri

Pros: Lokacija odlična, čiste in urejene spalnice, kljub glasnosti ulice se ob zaprtih oknih nič ne sliši. Res odlično razmerje med ceno in kakovostjo. Tudi bazen, ki je tako majhen kot piše v opisu, prinese dodatno vrednost ob slabem vremenu. Odlično za dve mirni družini

Cons: izredno striktno upoštevanje miru že od 21:00 dalje. Verjetno živijo v isti stavbi domačini, ki ne tolerirajo niti pogovora več oseb v apartmaju in kličejo v glavno pisarno že pred 22 uro. Naši skupini so celo izključili elektriko, čeprav so imeli povsem prižgano televizijo na sobni jakosti.

Cons: L'appartement peut accueillir 4 couples dans 4 chambres avec ce que cela peut impliquer comme bruit. Même en portant attention à être le plus silencieux difficile de ne pas en faire un peu. En bref et pour résumer l'intervention d'un membre de TENDENCY nous a semblé de trop.

Pros: L'appartement est très grand et spacieux, il est très propre. C'est la meilleure location que j'ai pu faire sur booking en termes de rapports qualité/prix/localisation. La localisation est parfaite en plein centre, proche de tout. Nous étions 5 (2 adultes + 3 enfants 11/9 ans et 20 mois). Il y a un bassin privatif chauffé que nous avons grandement apprécié. Je recommande donc fortement cet appartement.

Cons: L'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement se fait par code : dans notre cas, cela n'a pas marché donc nous avons dû appeler à chaque fois un numéro pour qu'ils ouvrent à distance. Le service à distance était très aimable et rapidement disponible mais c'était tout de même pénible de devoir appeler à chaque fois que nous voulions accéder à l'appartement. Le second point négatif est les voisins : vous recevez un sms comme quoi les voisins de plaignent du bruit alors que ces derniers mettent le son de la télé fort...

Pros: Het was een perfecte locatie in een mooi, ruim en schoon appartement. Gezellige buurt en alles op loopafstand. Check-in ging gemakkelijk via alle digitale instructies. Ik zou het bij iedereen aanraden.

Ein paar sehr tolle Tage in dieser Wohnung.

Pros: Tolle Lage inmitten der Innenstadt. So viele Sehgenswürdigkeiten von Barceloan sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man findet überall um die Unterkunft herum kleine Supermärkte, um sich mit Lebensmitteln und Getränken einzudecken und hat sehr, sehr viele Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür.

Cons: Die Ausstattung der Küche mit Kochutensilien könnte noch etwas besser sein.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung Barcelonas

Pros: Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte Lage als Ausgangspunkt um Barcelona zu erkunden. In der unmittelbaren Nähe findet man alle Anbindungen, die man braucht. Lebensmittel, öPNV, Gastronomie. Das Haus war trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen!
