A pleasant stay for a weekend

Pros: The location is perfect, the rooms were ok for a family of four. The building was very good.

Cons: It could have been a bit cleaner, the bathroom looked dirty. Also the apartment had very basic amenities. For example they could have some tea bags, or a coffee machine. In general the bathroom of the property needs to be renovated

Would definitely recommend and be looking to stay here again when back in Barcelona. Pros massively outweigh the minor c

Pros: Amazing location (very central, nice busy and safe). Nice building and quiet neighbours. Lots of shops and great places to eat pretty much on the doorstep/within walking distance. Metro station was also very close. The apartment was very clean and a perfect size for a group of 4. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and helpful prior to and throughout our stay. The check-in and -out couldn’t have been easier. On arrival, we were greeted and let in by Claudio, who was very welcoming.

Cons: It was quite tricky to open the apartment door (there seems be an issue with the lock). The water wasn’t cold, but some of us would have preferred it to be warmer at times. Don’t think A/C was working properly, but the apartment wasn’t getting too hot. We’d just shut the balcony doors/windows and do the shutters before going out.

Brilliant location with everything you need on the doorstep

Pros: The location was brilliant. Had a very helpful person met us with the keys - there was an initial mix up with an address but once this was sorted out the rest of the experience was fabulous. Comfortable rooms and everything you could need for a family right on our doorstep.

Cons: Communication as we came in on the first day. Bit of a mix up with emails and addresses, but this was all resolved quite quickly and the hosts were helpful in fixing it.

Pros: A lakás tökéletes helyen van, szinte minden 1 metróval, vagy busszal elérhető. A közelben szupermarket, pékség, éttermek, ajándékboltok. Csodás a kilátás a Rambla-ra.

Barcellona x 4

Pros: Ottima posizione, molto comodo per i mezzi pubblici, molto pulito e accogliente . Ideale per famiglia di 4 persone. Dotato di lavastoviglie.

Cons: Nulla.

Localização excelente

Pros: A localização é excelente, perto de vários pontos turísticos da cidade, além de vários comércios. Estrutura boa, recomendo o apartamento. Além disso, fomos bem recebidos e anfitrião atencioso.

Cons: Gostei muito do apartamento, não tenho reclamações.

Weekend con famiglia

Pros: Posizione centralissima, appartamento pulito e silenzioso. Consigliatissimo!

Cons: Nulla

Pros: 観光に便利で安全なロケーション。部屋も清潔で広く申し分なかった。スタッフも丁寧に説明してくれて、とても快適に過ごせた。

Cons: 連泊したがタオル交換がなかったので、洗濯機や乾燥機があれば便利だと思う。

住みたくなるぐらい最高でした!

Pros: ロケーションが最高に良く、陽当たりが良かった。 部屋がとても静かだった。 近くにタパスがたくさんあり、どこも美味しかった。 食洗機があり、便利だった（ただし、洗濯機がない）。 リビングと寝室2部屋が分かれていて、広く使い勝手がよい。

Cons: ホコリとりのモップがあると嬉しい。

Ottimo appartamento.

Pros: Molto pulita come struttura, non ho mai sentito schifo. Posizione perfetta in pieno centro. I servizi erano più che sufficienti, phon, ferro da stiro, cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata, TV.

Cons: Ho avuto un po' di difficoltà con il check-in perché non essendoci nessun numero a cui chiamare, ho avuto difficoltà in alcune cose.
