Great location, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Stay U-nique were excellent, extremely well organised in their approach and communications and they are recommended highly. The welcome was personal and excellent with great communications. The apartment generally lived up to expectations, the place being very clean and orderly. Fantastic location in the heart of Barcelona very close to Metro ands train station was just perfect.

Cons: A little maintenance was needed in places, for example where the water from the shower sprays onto surfaces needs some attention. Bathroom fan didn't work. Kitchen knives were the usual cheap quality. Egg cups would have been nice as would have been a proper dining table.
