Pros: Location - walking distance to La Rambla, Montjuic, Gaudi houses. Metro accross the street that will take you almost to every location you need. Apartment - spacious appartment with high ceilings, equiped with everything you might need (I have to say we were not cooking though). It could be just a bit more space for clotes but we were family of 4 and stayed for 5 days and had no problems. Building is old one which means that isolation is not the best but nothing that would be too disturbing if there are no parties. Staffs - probably the best part of accomodation. They were always available, always helping within minimum time, resolving issue we had with noisy neighbors in the very short time even in the middle of the night. They will not bother you every day but will be available when you need them. Kudos.
Cons: Bathroom could use some more space for all the things you usually bring but it is nothing that would be a problem. Below the bathroom and kids room windows is some kitchen ventilation so these should not be open but huge door in the living room resolves ventilation in these rooms as well. All in all, minor things that will not ruin your stay in this great appartment.

An absolutely wonderful stay – everything was perfect!
Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing! The property was perfect, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
Cons: Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like – everything was perfect!

Comfortable stylish apartment, great location
Pros: Great location, helpful staff, comfortable apartment, lovely roof terrace. Interesting artwork!
Cons: Ideally a little more soundproofing in the building but accept this is because it is a historical building

The perfect stay for a couple or a family of 4, especially if you want to make your meals.
Pros: The perfect 2bhk home. A good kitchen, rooms are small but because there is a nice hall, it feels like a big space.

Pros: Our stay in Barcelona was easier with this type of accommodation. The space, the facilities and especially the location were perfect for us. The facilities are functional and the cleanliness enhanced the pleasant experience.

Pros: L appartement est propre, plein de charme dans un immeuble ancien . Parfait pour une famille on s y sent bien .
Cons: Ma fille a eu peur des tableaux … 😂. Le quartier pour aller jusqu au centre ville fait un peu peur . Pour l appartement en lui même rien à rajouter si ce n est que la salle de bain est petite mais la douche est très grande donc pas de souci .

Good clean place to sleep.
Pros: It was clean and there were all the amenities. Location was quite nearby the metro station and bus stations. There are air conditioners in every room however there is no other way to heat the rooms if you are traveling in winter time. Windows are not really looking outside.
Cons: The elevator was very small even for the luggage. We have send the one piece of luggage to the downstairs while checking out and it broke down. We have to wait for our luggage to get it out of the elevator before our flight. Thankfully they managed to get it out in time. We haven’t missed our flight. However it was really stressful.

Pros: Понравилось все : чисто,уютно , тепло . В апартаментах есть все , для комфортного пребывания , даже мелочи типа жидкости и тряпочек для мытья посуды . Расположение супер . До достопримечательностей можно добраться пешком . Кондиционеры работают на тепло /холод, в каждой комнате, есть кофе машина , тостер, фен , микроволновка , в общем, все необходимое . Даже теплые не скользящие тапочки на каждого гостя . Я бы эти апартаменты безусловно порекомендовала друзьям
Cons: Все понравилось , но были некоторые мелочи : Ресепшен не работал, был закрыт и мы не могли попасть вовнутрь , когда мы хотели оставить вещи до заселения , нам пришлось с багажом гулять до заселения ( до 16.00) . Мы не знали, что нужно оставлять депозит 300€ и что взымается городской налог дополнительно . Возможно, это просто наша вина и мы на обратили на это должного внимания . Вуцелом , наше пребывание нам понравилась

Wygodny Apartament położony w Centrum
Pros: Ciekawa aranżacja apartamentu i lobby z recepcją. Lokalizacja w centrum. Blisko stacje metra. W okolicy kawiarnie i restauracje. Recepcja na parterze kamienicy - bezpośredni kontakt z Administratorem apartamentu przez Whatsapp (mieliśmy problem techniczny z ogrzewaniem w apartamencie ale obsługa rozwiązała go szybko i sprawnie). Generalnie bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z Administratorem apartamentu. Byliśmy we dwie osoby ale apartament posiadał łózka dla 4 osób (dwie sypialnie)
