Sweett - Urgell Eixample

Pros: The setting and view were great, well located apartment.

Cons: The floor was poorly washed, dusty. The drain in the bathroom sink was clogged. We cleaned it with a garbage disposal, there were cigarette butts there. After removing them, the garbage flowed properly.

Pros: Excellent location, close to everything- you can walk to Rambla or use metro to explore the city , the station is in front of the building. Easy check-in and checkout process through an app. Apartment is well equiped with facilities and has good wi-fi

Cons: The view, although it didn’t bother us as we were out during the day

Pros: Location of this place was really amazing. Close to bus stops, metro, but we walked to every atraction in Barcelona as it is managable to do it by foot . Lots of coffee places around, Aldi shop just 3minutes of walking

Cons: Bed in one of the bedroom was not comfortable as legs should be fixed. Beside that everything was perfect.

Pros: Great location, nice building, clean apartment, there are a lot of shops near the building. We were able to store our luggage at a nearby office after the check out. We had clear instructions for check in and check out.

Cons: There was a problem with the hot water, we ran out of hot water during the shower. Also, the shower glass panel is not properly isolated and the water from the shower leaks around the toilet.

Pros: There was everything we needed for the stay. Property located not far from city centre- 15 min walk . Plenty of shops and places to eat around . Easy to access property by code , so you don’t need keys

Pros: The apartment was very nice and comfortable! My kids adored it! Many facilities included. The most important was that I had the best online help from the staff of sweet-urgell eixample. The metro station was very very close! We are really satisfied!

Cons: There was a smell from the kitchen basin, but as we noticed there is a general problem in Barcelona.The sewer smell was almost everywhere....

Charming location

Pros: The location was perfect for exploring the city both on foot and using public transport. The neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of charming restaurants and cafes. The apartment was easy to find and check into. All necessary amenities were present; it was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The only drawback I would mention is the hard mattresses. I'm used to sleeping on harder mattresses, but these were too firm for me. A change would probably be nice.

Very comfortable stay especially for family with small kids

Pros: With central Barcelona location next to Metro station was amazing. It was Spacious for family of 3, with 2 separate bedrooms it was very comfortable. All required amenities like dish washer, washing machine and other kitchen appliances was so comfortable. 1:1 communication with owner/manager via WhatsApp was really helpful. Highly recommend for family with kids.

Cons: If the bedrooms had keys or atleast a hook to lock the door would have been great.

We were satisfied with the place. It met our expectations fully.

Pros: It was clean, at a good location, nice facilities. Generally a very good place to stay. If I visit Barcelona, I will stay again in this place.

Cons: One of the beds is facing the street, and it is a bit noisy. Also, we were unlucky with the neighbours - they were noisy too.
