Sweett - La Gran Via

Wonderful !

Pros: Near to the metro , shops the location is a 10 ! The amenities are great , the apartment was really clean with new furniture and a great view

Pros: Check-in, check-out, any inquires - everything is done over Sweett dashboard, it is easy, well organised and clear for everybody. The building is historical and nice, apartment clean and modern. The starting package (tea, coffee, some other things) and cleaning package were also great and helpfull. Sleeping was good as the windows are to the yard and not to the street so you dont hear the street noise at all. In the surrounding there are cafeterias, tapas bars, supermarkets, anything you need. Metro is few metres away, so also very convenient. Location is good, you reach everything you need by metro or bus. Placa Catalunya is on walking distance.

Cons: Maybe some blankets - it was a bit cold while sitting on the sofa in the living room (we visited in January). Otherwise nothing.

Excellent location, good and enough furniture and appliances.

Pros: The property location is very close to Placa de Catalunya and many city historical areas are close just by walking 15-20 min. Easily accessible.

Cons: The radiators did not heat and it was cold when we first arrived but the ACs did quite good. And the elevator was not working properly, with luggages it was not easy to carry from ground to 2nd floor.

Pros: Huge apartment with 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and super stylish lift! Shop next door, great restaurants and bars around and walking distance to the center.

Pros: The feel of the apartment was good .. enjoyed breakfast at the table in the balcony

Absolutely perfect stay!

Pros: Absolutely perfect stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean – honestly, even cleaner than many five-star hotels in Dubai! Every detail was thought through with care and style. The host’s attitude was exceptional – kind, professional, and very attentive. They even allowed us to check in one hour earlier than the official time, which we really appreciated. Everything was simply perfect. Highly recommended — 10/10! 🌸

Pros: Nice old house, but renovated, old elevator. Quiet flat, not streetside... very equiped.

Cons: Tha second bedroom is a little bit dark

Barcelona memory

Pros: good location. Easy to find and with many restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets nearby. The building is old and seems like having a long history. Rooms were clean and quit at night. The owner is kind and helps us a lot. To my best wishes to them.

Cons: The air conditioner in the room has 2 beds, Which we smelled bad in the room when it was working. The others are good. Just this one. Maybe you can check it why.
