Sweett - Casa Roma

Great location, value and space.

Pros: The space, the beds and rest room facilities. Location great to visit many areas of Barcelona.

Cons: coffee machine wasn't working

Pros: I appreciated the extra dental and body care products and slippers in the bathroom. A selection of coffee, tea, spices, and essential oils was provided for your first stay.

Cons: There was no liquid soap or soap dish for regular soap in the bathroom, and no hook for hand towels. Everything had to be placed on the sink.

Pros: Spacious rooms. Has all the appliances you need it you wish to cook or wash clothes.. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Great holiday property

Pros: Extremely helpful staff who responded in seconds to answer any queries. Easy access. Perfect air conditioning for hot days. Great location.

Cons: Small shower in ensuit. Some plumbing issues. The main bathroom shower/bath doesn't seal properly, and water gets on the floor.

Great location and easy access

Pros: The apartments are well located in the neighbourhood of Eixample, very close to multiple dining and nightlife spots. They are also quite spacious and bright. The access was perfect for a group of 6 people since both the building and apartment doors worked with an access code. The host was highly accommodating and granted our requests for early check in and late check out.

Cons: The apartments have 3 bedrooms but 2 of them are individual, so 2 people have to sleep in the living room in a bed sofa. One of the bed sofas was broken so that was not really comfortable but I have already informed the property about it. The extended sofa bed are kinda blocking access to the kitchen, so that is also not very convenient, specially for longer stays than a weekend.

Pros: Staff helpful, arrival basket was an unexpected surprise, location was very good.

Pros: The location was great, and the fully functional kitchen was good. Beds were comfortable too and it was a really nice touch with a welcoming pack in the kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and modern too.

Cons: The pull out sofa bed was not comfortable.

Barca

Pros: It was a great location, very clean and easy to locate

Pros: Great location. Cozy apartment with all the essentials. Good price-quality relationship.

Cons: Some of the areas were not perfectly maintained (e.g., scratched surfaces, induction oven, etc).

Delightfull.

Pros: The host was very attentive and allways in touch. Even when I needed a working ironing board it was promptly delivered with no problems.
