Pros: Would have had 10/10 if the view to the rear of the hotel was quite as dismal. We had a nice room with out the sound proofing issues the last time we stayed at this property

Excellent hotel, breakfast poor.

Pros: The hotel, location and facilities were excellent.

Cons: The breakfast service which was provided by a 3rd party was poor.

Wonderful place right on the beach.

Pros: Its location is perfect; as I stayed in the sea view room I enjoyed a wonderful view through the window and slept with the soothing sounds of the waves. (It was a particularly windy day, so you may not hear anything on quieter days.) It looked like they had just refitted the entire room, as such everything was new and modern. The furniture was of simple good taste. The kettle and a mini fridge worked well. The staff was all friendly and courteous. As I stayed in the low dragon it was really an excellent value for money.

Cons: Nothing I didn't like about the place although if they had gluten free options I would've had breakfast with them.

Lovely stay. Great breakfast.

Pros: Very nice location. Staff very polite and friendly. The room looked newly refurbished and the balcony was very nice.

Pros: Right on the sea front. On our first visit we had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the sea .

Pros: Great location, right on the sea front with amazing sea views and literally just minutes to all the amenities.

Cons: There was some building work at the time.

Pros: Loved the room and since I had street facing room, I really appreciated the blackout curtains. Superb location for food and swimming. Lovely breakfast and shotout to the lady serving it, she was great!

Cons: Main elevator under maintenance so had to drag the suitcase up and down a flight of stairs, because of the way floors are organized.
