Great value, amazing views

Pros: Fabulous one bed suite with extra bed for our child. Amazing Mountain Views. Excellent outdoor pool. Buffet food was very good, lots of choice. Bar was great for lunchtime food. All-in-all a great stop over for one night on our way through the region.

Cons: Check-in was slow, big queue, but staff were very helpful once there.

Beautiful location and delicious food, but some facilities and amenities need improvement.

Pros: The location is peaceful and safe, with beautiful surroundings. Breakfast and dinner (half-board) were very tasty and offered a great variety. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The SPA zone is closed two days per week, which unfortunately matched our stay, despite that fact that there were a lot of guests during our staying. The outdoor playground is in poor condition with broken swings. There were no hangers in the room or bathroom, and since our room had no balcony, we had no place to dry swimming suits and wet towels.

Great place to stay! (If you have a car)

Pros: The staff was kind and friendly. Food was great, they had grilled beef ribs some evenings! Outdoor pool was nice. Rooms were cleaned every day.

Cons: Location is literally on top of the mountain. You need a car, otherwise you have to stay put. Wifi could be better.

Pros: Kind and friendly staff. Pleasant and peaceful location. Breakfast and dinner are excellent and varied every time. Comfortable beds, clean room.

Cons: There were no negative experiences.

Pros: We signed up for buffet breakfast and dinner and was worth it. Lots of good exquisite choices.

Cons: Could not thing of anything I did not like.

Tranquil setting, friendly staff, food roulette

Pros: The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout the stay. The hotel itself was very tranquil and well presented. The rooms had exceptional views, and the cleanliness was great.

Cons: The food we had on the first night from the bar was exceptional. So much so that we ordered the same things again on the last night and was given what tasted like a frozen pizza, and frozen bread buns. Very disappointing, especially considering how fresh and delicious it was on the first night. We were also very disappointed that the outdoor pool was closed. We had not seen anything stating this on the website. This left us to use the other pool which was underground, way too hot and dark. Most of the lights around the pool were broken and the temp/humidity was stifling. We would have probably booked elsewhere had we known the pool would be closed.

Great hotel with pools to relax!

Pros: The location is ideal, in the middle of the nature. The pools are great, and the hotel is very familiy-friendly. The breakfast was great.

Cons: The views from our room to the parking lot where a little disappointing. We found lots of mosquitos in our rooms when we arrived.

Pros: Dispone de SPA, piscina interior y piscina exterior.

A lovely trip to see family and spend time in the mountains.

Pros: The pool. The food and the bar. The staff were lovely, all of them.

Would be willing to stay at this hotel again, and recommend it to friends.

Pros: Quiet location but close to golf. Staff were friendly and always happy to help.
