Nice hotel and great spa that is getting better

Pros: The hotel is very nice, a little worn but you can tell they are working on modernising and updating things. The spa is very nice, especially the Roman part, some things need fixing but again you can see improvements being made.

Cons: We had a minor issue with losing electricity in the room but we were moved quickly and then the guest experience team helped compensate.

Good time with my family.

Pros: Comfort, value for the price, very relaxing place, good food, good connection with the town (La Garriga). I had a great time with my family.

Cons: Nothing at this moment.

A true oasis just 45 minutes from the centre of Barcelona

Pros: We loved almost everything about the hotel, including the ambience, artwork, cleanliness, food, and the staff. The restaurant might be one of the best in Barcelona. It’s become our favourite hotel.

Cons: The spa was difficult to use for non-spanish/catalan speakers as there's not much information. The staff at the spa were unfriendly and also unable to speak English. It would have been better if there were towels in the spa (need to bring from the room). Also you can't ask questions/requests to the hotel via booking.com. They don't reply to you.

Great spa facilities and location offers both city and outdoors

Pros: Great spa facilities and comfy beds. Great location if you want somewhere which can offer both access to Barcelona but also access to the mountains and some amazing walking. La Garriga town itself is also lovely.

Cons: Depending on the time of year you arrive, you may or may not get air conditioning as advertised. Breakfast was ok, but you might be better off walking 2 minutes into La Garriga where there are some great local bakeries and cafes.

My daughter in law had an unforgettable luxurious escape where she and her friend thoroughly enjoyed everything the hote

Pros: This was a gift for my daughter in law Samantha and her friend. Sam has just celebrated her 30th and moved to Barcelona. She had the most fabulous time. Thank you

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Decent!

Pros: The staff were very helpful and our suite was palatial. And the music playlist at breakfast was great.

Cons: A lot of the infrastructure is a bit old. The door from the parking wouldn't open and various minor bits of the spa didn't work. (To be fair the important bits were fine.) The restaurant was so expensive we didn't use it once, and the breakfast could have been a bit better given a theoretical 18 euro value.

Pros: The hotel have everything: spa near, good restaurant, train station nearby

Cons: Old walls of the hotel make you feel not the 4 star service, hotel need to paint red walls at least

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean, quiet with comfy beds.

Cons: could do with a kettle and coffee in the room for the morning !

Pros: - very friendly & helpful staff (reception) - underground garage - large room, nice outdoor area/garden - location (within walking distance: beautiful city center with good restaurants) - wellness area: will try it out next time :)

Pros: Central location ... buffet breakfast great multiple choices

Cons: No coffee making facilities in room Coffee available foyer but didn't see every morning and mining of departure everything shut ..no coffee and water container had nit been refilled If no access hot drinks room should be facilities available to purchase even if vending machine
