Pleasant and comfortable stay

Pros: Very good location, few minute walk to metro and bus station. Safe neighborhood we have walk around late at evening without any sign of trouble. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was convincing enough variety for everyone. Room was very spacious as well as bathroom and clean. Fully deserved three stars with service even above.

Central hotel, with great breakfast and friendly staff.

Pros: Friendly professional staff and central location. Breakfast was also excellent.

Cons: Only that the windows are not soundproof and I could hear the noise from the street late at night and very early in the morning.

Pros: Big room, nice position, nice welcome fruits and water. Coffee Machine capsules are really good quality ones.

Cons: Breakfast didn't have any vegan options even though I asked for that when I booked my stay. Then the room was really hot and it wasn't easy to open the windows to cool a little bit.

Amazing stay

Pros: What me and my husband liked the most about this hotel was Adrian, the receptionist. He was not only warm and welcoming, but also very willing to help whenever needed: to find amazing local cuisine, when and where to do sightseeing depending on weather and prices, and lots other pieces of advice. The hotel manager must be very proud of him, he is valuable. The hotel is very clean, close to tube station, supermarkets, opposite coffee shops; it was really good value for money. I will come back to it.

Pros: Very good location, close to Placa Espanya, 4-5 minutes from Urgell and Rocafort L1 metro line. Staff very friendly and helpfully.

Pros: The location is excellent. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the towels and bed linens are changed regularly. The breakfast is varied and high quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: I didn’t like that the only drain in the bathroom is in the bathtub, so when water gets outside, it stays there for hours and the floor remains wet.
