Sercotel Amister Art Hotel Barcelona

Very good place for trip to Barcelona.

Pros: Location is good, 15 minutes by foot from Train station, Airbus stop and 25 minutes from center. Bed is comfortable. WiFi is good. We had very quiet room on the 5th floor. Bathroom is big, with bath.

Pros: Great stay for a work trip - room was spacious & clean, the bed was comfortable, and bathroom was a decent size. Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpful, and I was able to store my luggage at the front desk for a few hours after check-out. Breakfast was good as well, had a nice variety of options. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and would stay again for future work trips.

Pros: A very good and quiet hotel to visit Barcelona. The receptionist was so kind and helpful. She offered an early check in and was helpful with tips and recommendations for NYE. Would certainly come back.

Wonderful stay in Example district at Barcelona

Pros: We had an excellent experience at Sercotel Amister Art Barcelona. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well located — close to public transport and within easy reach of most attractions. The receptionist from Uzbekistan deserves special mention: he was extremely kind, helpful, and professional. He welcomed us warmly, provided directions and local tips, and handled everything with genuine hospitality. The room was spacious, quiet, and well maintained. Overall, the service and atmosphere were outstanding. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Barcelona.

Excellent location and stay

Pros: The Sercotel Amister is very well located, in a mostly residential and quiet neighborhood. It is about 800 meters from the metro, which makes it easy to get around the city, and there are restaurants, markets, and bars very close by. The hotel is clean, bright, and the rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds. The staff is always very polite and attentive, helping guests with their needs.

Cons: The only downside was the breakfast with a few option and hot stuff (bacon, eggs, etc) were a little bit cold

Pros: Hotel is just 15 minutes walk to Barcelona Sants Station. Walkable distance to the city center. Good cafes just 5 minutes walk away. Shops nearby. Bed very comfortable. All night reception.

Cons: More attention to the mold around the bath referred to by another reviewer.

Pros: The hotel is in a very good location, making it easy to reach the main location ( 20 minutes walk to the gothic corner, etc...) and get around the city. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons: Returning late at night was slightly inconvenient, as the doorbell isn’t accessible from outside. It might be more practical to place it on the street side, as it can be frustrating to see it behind the glass door without being able to use it. A drinking water fountain would be a great addition, as the tap water in Barcelona has a strong chlorine taste.
