The Social Hub Barcelona Poblenou

Pros: Very well thought hub! From the communal spaces, including terraces, swimming pool, fitness centre, laundry option, co working space and more! LOVE THE CONCEPT! From the moment, staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly! Breakfast team - very accommodating and friendly! Mins away from tram so even if it's not in centre you are 10 mins away! Highly recommend the hun to everyone! Can't wait to visit again! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

A very comfortable hospitable place to stay

Pros: The staff were very friendly, the bedroom was really modern, clean and the shower / bathroom were perfect, bonus points for the really nice soap, shower gel and conditioner! Our room had a speaker which was brilliant if you don’t want to take one in your suitcase on holidays. The room temperature was always good and the coffee machine worked well. Comfortable place. The food, coffee and drinks downstairs were brilliant downstairs and the gym looked good.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, the top floor pool was closed for renovations (expected in February) and there was some minor building works there throughout the day.

Staff were amazing, the room was perfect and it’s not too far from the beach

Pros: It’s tastefully decorated, the downstairs area has plenty of seating and there’s a nice buzz about the place. It doesn’t feel too busy but it isn’t quiet either. The rooftop is great, the views are incredible and there are plenty of comfortable seating options. I arrived early for check-in but that didn’t stop them from giving me a room there and then. I decided to extend my stay by one week and David was so kind and helpful, they made the effort to make sure I could keep the same room. I went downstairs the next day to arrange for my key card to be updated and David remembered my name and sorted my keycard for me, not only that they gave me a postcard thanking me for extending my stay and a really nice chocolate bar. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a trip to Barcelona!

Overall, we are very happy with our experience and would gladly stay here again.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with plenty of leisure options available even within the hotel itself.
