Great Value for the price

Pros: The hotel has all the features you expect for the price, our stay was nice and comfortable. All staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is located somewhat far from the city center, but there’s a underground station nearby so it’s easy to get by.

Pros: Personnel was very helpful and kind, placement very good close to means of transport.

Cons: We lacked single-use slippers in the room.

Pros: Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness was very good; both the room and the bathroom were spotless, and housekeeping was done daily. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well, keeping the rooms warm and comfortable. The location is very central, with easy and fast access to all major attractions by metro and tram, making it very convenient to explore the city. All the staff, both at the hotel and at the café next door, were very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated that they kept my mother’s medication, which needed to be stored safely, in the staff fridge upon our request — a very kind and thoughtful gesture. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, especially thanks to the cleanliness, central location, comfortable rooms, and attentive staff.

Cons: There are a few small areas where improvements could enhance the experience. The rooms lack sufficient storage space, such as wardrobes or drawers, which can be inconvenient for stays longer than one night. There is also no mini fridge, coffee machine, or kettle in the room; however, the lobby offers a free tea machine and paid coffee options, which partly makes up for this. Breakfast is served at the café next to the hotel and includes one coffee, one sandwich, fruit or yogurt, and juice. It is practical, though somewhat limited.

Pros: Lovely hotel, room was great, staff were friendly, nice breakfast. Bed was huge! Really like the location which was quiet amd a 10 minute walk to the sea front

Cons: There weren't a lot of local places to eat (this may have been because we stayed on a Sunday and monday night and places may have been closed). Not a criticism, bit something people might want to consider
