Pros: We were made very welcome on arrival and check in was courteous and efficient. The hotel is in an historic building which has been imaginatively restored. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful including suggesting dinner venues on our first night

Pros: The hotel is located very close to main attractions in the city center, and the staff is very friendly and helpful (they helped me to secretly store helium balloons for my wife’s birthday surprise). The breakfasts are really great.

Cons: Some small things require maintenance, but nothing affecting the stay.

Great stay, would recommend,

Pros: The location was perfect for wandering the gorgeous streets of the Gothic quarter but also very central, it was easy to reach all of the main sights from here including the beach. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, we would stay here again.

Cons: The room was a little tired and had no mirror at the dressing table. However we did feel it was good value for money and the location was perfect!
