Hotel Acta Laumon

Pros: Nearby the metro station. Rooms were clean. Good facilities.

Cons: That apartment was in the ground floor and had a smell. Also, it was weird that no hair dryer, no kettle in the apartment, no toilet brush, no trashbags in the toilet 😀 that was weird. But overall, good.

It was a very pleasant stay:)

Pros: Its very clean, the staff are very helpful and kind, included breakfast is excellent, the location is convenient as it is close by the main metro station.

Cons: It’s a bit too noisy because of the thin walls. We could hear people going in and out in the corridor. Plus the neighbours are quite loud as well

Pros: We really liked the location because the hotel is not located in the busiest part of the city it was quiet and kind of a refresh after the crowds. The staff was nice.

Cons: The room feels a bit empty. There were no cups in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice but a bit expensive.

Great value vs price, good location, big apartment, would recommend for big groups/families

Pros: - location (2min walk to bus stop, 5min walk to subway - 15min to Sagrada, 20min to beach), 3 grocery shops max 5min walk - comfortable beds/pilows, blinds for darkening the rooms, 2 bathrooms, really big apartment - good AC/heating - coffee and water available, basic toiletries - helpful and kind staff (David :) )

Cons: - noise from the street in the evening/night/early morning - you need to ask for the hair dryer and kettle, not directly available in the apartment

Lovely stay

Pros: We hired an apartment. It was lovely and spacious, with a lift to the front door and a balcony. It was right next to the underground line, with several connections. There were 2 supermarkets just around the corner for supplies, too. Lively big fridge and freezer, as well as a nespresso machine. Full size hair dryer was easily borrowed from reception too.

Cons: The oven didn't work and there was literally only 4 of everything. It would have been nice if there were a few more items so you didn't have to wash up after every meal. Only other small issue was that there was a school next door,, so it was a bit noisy when the children took their break on the roof, which was opposite our windows/balcony. It wasn't an issue over the weekend obviously, so it was only 1 day of 4.

Pros: Quiet & comfortable. Near La Sagrera metro hub. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good shower & excellent breakfast

Pros: Everything was excellent!The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean and cozy. A lovely place to stay in Barcelona – I truly enjoyed my time here! Thank you very much!❤️

Cons: The first room that we were given was cold, the heating didn't work and the bathroom had a pillar in the centre which made it difficult to negotiate. However I have to stress that the staff were very quick to sort it all out.
