Pros: The location which is very central. The staff who were friendly and helpful. The solarium on the roof. Great for a bit of afternoon sun.

Cons: There are two lifts. One was either out of order or in service mode. The wait for a lift was often very long.

Everything was perfect, especially location

Pros: The location is perfect - you can easily explore the most charming districts of Barcelona on foot. The metro is just around the corner, making it super convenient to reach places further away. Breakfast was excellent, I loved the 'medieval Spanish' corner and the choice of cheeses and cold cuts. A big shoutout to the staff as well - everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was worried it might be noisy at night since the hotel is right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter, but it was surprisingly quiet! Perhaps it’s because there are no restaurants directly under the windows, or maybe November brings fewer late-night crowds. Either way, I slept really well

A Gothic Quarter Gem

Pros: We had a balcony room which was lovely. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast selection

Cons: Being English we love a cup of tea. Unfortunately the tea bag’s weren’t very good.

Short stay with family.

Pros: Staff at reservation are perfect, very helpful, problem oriented, we have landed early, they have check-in and took our luggage to the room when it is ready. The breakfast is just perfect, international and local food available incuding tortilla and pa amb tomaquet. Room was spacious with a balcony, bed was comfortable, there was kettle and bottled water in the room. Bathroom was also spacious and clean.

Cons: Internet was not that stable, could be better.
