A very special place close to Sagrada Familia and yet quiet and peaceful
Pros: This property is very well located with fine views over nearby Sagrada Familia. It is well appointed with crockery, cutlery, dishwasher etc
Cons: Access proved a little difficult as we were very delayed by a late train so the hosts had left. It would surely be easier to have a locking key safe nearby? Some supplies were lacking- for instance only one dishwasher tablet for a three night stay. Some of the furnishings were rather tired

Excellent rooftop terrace
Pros: Rooftop terrace was fabulous. Climb is worth it!Location great. Kitchen is well equipped. Great to have laundry facilities. Ample storage for clothes.
Cons: Guests should know about: - the stairs within the apartment. There are 4 or 5 short, angled stairs from the entry to the wardrobe and bedroom. Then a step down to the kitchen. We had to keep a kitchen light on at night so we didn't trip down the stair to the bathroom. Reflective strips on the stairs could help. - the tiny elevator in the building. My husband and I are not large people and the 2 of us with 2 carry-on suitcases filled the space. The alternative is 7 flights up to the apartment. - the bedroom is cramped. There is room for 1 bedside table, not both sides. There is a storage unit in the bedroom that blocks normal access to that side of the bed. The wardrobe right outside the bedroom is a good size, with drawers and hangers. So, removing the storage unit would help to get to the other side of the bed.

Pros: Hardly beatable location, super central, transport access, airport access, supermarket and tons of fantasy coffee places around. The terrace overlooking the Sagrada Familia and Tibidabo is a crown jewel. We felt pretty comfortable, though there's a price for a location like this: if you are sensitive to the noise of traffic, garbage collectors, etc bring the plugs. Also the apartment is multiple steps, so if you have difficulty moving, don't consider staying. The elevator is the tiniest I've ever seen, so keep that in mind (2 people max or 1 person + suitcase). None of those gave us any trouble though (well, besides the traffic). The terraces were well worth it.
Cons: Check-in is done via a third party app, which asks for multiple pics of IDs which is a bit confusing.

Great location and view
Pros: Our stay in Attic Apartment was great. Located within 2 blocks of the Sagrada Familia and the choice of 2 metro stops. The apartment was spacious and clean and the roof top terrace was the perfect sport for a happy hour with a view over Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia. We walked most places and it as 30min to the beach and Park Guell, and about 40 to the Gothic area. Handy to several supermarkets. Communication was great and we were met at the apartment by the host. Would stay here again.

Short wonderful stay, filled with plenty of exploring the fabulous city of Barcelona!
Pros: The apartment was fabulous, very clean with plenty of amenities and easy access to a supermarket to stock the fridge. The kitchen was well appointed with all the modern appliances you could need for your stay. Air conditioning in the lounge room was very important for our stay in the middle of summer and a great relief to return home to after a day of exploring the city. The roof top terrace was amazing with views to Sagrada Familia, I wish we had more time spend up here.
Cons: In summer in might be a good idea to provide a fan for the bedroom as the airconditioner in the lounge room did not cool the bedroom which was very hot at the time we visited.

Great attic apartment
Pros: We visited for a week to have a base in Barcelona for the F1 at the weekend and explore the city. Good central location with all the shops and cafes you need really close and also close to public transport links. Really well equipped apartment, and the roof terrace is a real bonus with amazing views, and there are lights that come on in the evening. Good communication from the host.
Cons: There was nothing really that we didn't like. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
