Pros: It was close to everything. We walked to most locations from our room. Pablo at the desk was amazing very friendly and helpful more than the others. Comfortable and good size rooms and clean.

Cons: Our laundry that the hotel organised had been returned with a ruined shirt and we had to call the laundry ourselves to discuss it as hotel was charging thr full price of the laundry. At the last day Pablo at the hotel ended up helping us so got compensated.

Friendly staff and great location

Pros: Staff were very helpful. Went with 2 friends and 1 of them is disabled. Messaged them before hand to tell them to give a room for a disabled person and they gave us a double room with an extra bed with toilets adapted for disability. Forgot to take my plug adapter. I asked the staff at reception and they provided it.

Pros: Perfect central location, staff were very friendly and room was spacious, spotless with everything needed (safety box, kettle, fridge with complimentary water, coffees, hairdryer, bathroom sets etc).

Pros: Friendly staff and helped us with everything we needed. Due to weather conditions it was the only room we could have booked, as everything else was booked out. They were kind enough to accept our booking, especially when we arrived with a small child, they didn't know about when booked.

Cons: If we were 5 seconds late we would have lost our booking- we took the last room in the hotel that night. A couple who arrived just after us was sent away. As much as we were very grateful for the booking, overbooking and sending people away, especially when due to storm accommodations were limited, it seemed a bit cheeky.
