Pros: Good location for our purposes. Spacious rooms. Professional and friendly service.

Great friendly hotel in a quiet area with good access into the city

Pros: The location was brilliant with 2 metro stations next to it. The area around the hotel was lovely and quiet

Cons: Only problem with the hotel was the shower. No matter which way the shower head was moved the water poured onto the floor

Excellent location, wonderful staff.

Pros: The location was excellent. easy to get to by car. Secure parking and just two minutes from the metro making it very easy to access the city centre. All the staff we encountered were kind, polite and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again.

Pros: We liked the location - it was a quiet suburbian place, felt very safe and clean and since metro in Barcelona is very well connected we didnt mind travelling. Bed and sleeping in this hotel were honestly the best part of our trip - this is how comfy it was. AC was adjustable, the hotel was very quiet, all great.

Cons: This is maybe a Barcelona thing because I saw that also in another place - but it seems they do not clean black mold.

Pros: We loved everything about our stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the hotel was spotless throughout. It’s in a quiet location, yet very convenient, close to the underground, a large supermarket, a pharmacy, and some restaurants. Our room smelled lovely as soon as we walked in; it felt fresh and exceptionally clean. The beds were large and very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep. The buffet breakfast was also excellent, with a wide selection, even for us as vegetarians who don’t eat meat. Highly recommended!

Cons: Very little equipment in the gym. Bathroom ceiling was leaking during the night, but it was leaking into the bathtub so no big problem.

Overall OK with some minor niggles.

Pros: Overall a very pleasent stay with helpful staff. We had to change rooms as our first allocated room had an unpleasent smell that wouldn't go away. It's in a good location for us (apart from the noisy nearby Rambla) with some good reasonable small cafes.

Cons: We tried the hotel restuarant for a couple of meals. It was very disappointing. The potatos brava were terrible, the pasta unexciting and there was virtually no choice for my wife who is gluten free.

Pros: Cannot express how lovely the staff were. Checking in and out was super easy, the room was lovely and big. Beds were sooooo comfortable and the location was perfect for us. Right next to Mundet metro and literally 10mins into the center of Barcelona. The surrounding area was mainly residential and this meant it was really peaceful at night and a relief from the bustle of the centre during the day. A huge sincere thank you to all who work at the hotel for making my first visit to Barcelona one that will stay with me forever. In the words of a famous Austrian.. I'll be back.
