Spacious apartment in a great location
Pros: - Really appreciated being able to drop off bags earlier than check-in time - Instructions on how to get to and enter the apartment were clear and worked seamlessly - Apartment was very close to the metro which made getting around very easy - Apartment kitchen was quite well stocked
Cons: - Not really a negative but the apartment is listed as a loft but there is not really any use for the upstairs area other than for storage as it is very close to the ceiling

Exceeded expectations
Pros: The apartment was very spacious, clean and equipped with all necessary things. The location was close to the city, the beach and were a lot of shops close. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe.

Pros: The apartament is beautiful, very clean, you have all you need, it's very well situated, one minute from the metro station, în 15 minutes walking you arrive to Sagrada Familia, the host is very friendly and helpful, the apartament is big, we love it, the report quality/price is the best. Thank you

Pros: It is equiped with everything what you need. It is very clean. It is close to the beach and only 30 minutes walking distance to the city center. There are 2 metro stations on only a a few minutes from appartment.

Very good experience overall but not quite great
Pros: The location was great and the apartment was great value for money overall, being very central with lots of bus/metro links nearby. It was spacious, modern, very clean and easy to access with the digital system, plus had very high speed Wi-Fi.
Cons: This would've been a perfect review if not for the bed and pillows, unfortunately it was by far the worst bed I have ever slept in and both my partner and I had back and neck pain from the mattress, plus we only had 1 small pillow each when 2 would've been much better. We found the AC was a bit weak but it wasn't that warm when we stayed so no issues, but I wouldn't be so confident in it's ability to cool the apartment in the full summer heat.

Pros: Very conveniently located, 2 minutes from the metro station, a 20 minute walk from Gotik/El Born, 10 minute walk to Rambla de Poblenou. There’s a small supermarket just downstairs, and a Condis across the street. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need.
Cons: Like some reviews have mentioned: it’s noisy. You can hear the neighbours and at random times (sometimes every 5 minutes) there’s a loud buzzing sound. The drains are a tiny bit smelly. The TV has 5 channels only. The registration for the digital key is a bit annoying.

Pros: The location of the apartment is very good. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful area and is very close to the metro, which is a big plus. It had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
Cons: The walls are very thin, and you can hear the neighbors. There was an issue with the internet, but the host responded quickly and called a team to fix it. One of our towels was dirty, and another smelled unpleasant. It would be great if there were 2-3 capsules for the coffee machine as a starter.
