NH Sants Barcelona

Pros: Very clean and comfortable stay. Would go back any time.

Cons: The doors tend to bang a lot when you close them. Difficult to sleep in when the hotel is full and people are going up and down

Very modern and clean hotel. Loved the fact that my friend got a surprise birthday treat. Close to M

Pros: They paid attention to detail - my friend got a birthday treat.

Cons: No tea or coffee facilities in the room.

Great option to stay a couple of days

Pros: The hotel was to the highest standards in terms of hospitality and cleanliness. We stayed with a cat, and even he received special attention in the form of a litter box :) The reception was very friendly and helpful, as well as all of the team members. The breakfast was nice as well, and included some typical Spanish dishes. The location was also convenient: only 10 mins on foot from the train station (uphill though, so please note if it's significant to you), and the neighborhood is calm, unlike the central locations.

Great first experience!

Pros: Very pleasant reception staff, nice little welcoming surprise in my room and got a room upgrade due to the hotel being so quiet during this time of the year (January).

Cons: Can't honestly think of anything.

Pros: Very kind & helpful staff, possible to leave your luggage after check-out, very clean rooms, just a couple of mins walking from the metro station, good coffee shops and supermarket nearby.

Cons: too hot inside the room even after we lowered the temperature on the dial. not a lot of storage space. just a little wardrobe to hang the coats.

Pros: Friendly Staff, many thanks; very good location in the vast center but still stay marked by quiet and calm. Recommendable breakfast, I did enjoy it, just to mention an ample selection of fruit juices and jamon serano. Last but not least - I stayed a few days on business (bill taken care of by Company) and extended the stay on my own. Didn’t have to move to other room (a bit lower standard, but I’m sure also most comfortable) - a courtesy of the Hotel I do appreciate!). Thanks a lot for your hospitability! Artur

Cons: —

Great room, fab location, very dry aircon.

Pros: Everything really except the AC. Our daughter managed to knock over a glass when we were leaving and they were really friendly about it. We stayed in the junior suite and the roof terrace was excellent.

Cons: The AC, we turned this on as it was hot, and it set the humidity in the room to near zero immediately, causing breathing irritation over night. Something perhaps the hotel can look into. Otherwise we loved it.

Pros: You can never go wrong with NH. Always a good stay and the quality you expect from a very affordable yet very comfortable hotel

Pros: Clean and comfy room with big bathroom. Everything looks new or very well maintained. Rich breakfast.

Cons: Only one elevator working which is not enough for 8 levels building. In the busy morning it caused delays.

Pros: We were guest of the day so had an upgrade to a suite which was fantastic. Great location for Barcelona Sants station
