Great place where stay in barcelona
Pros: Location is perfect and communication as well. Everything was good,, only my room was small and without any window, the bathroom.too dark and few cups for coffee...if you arrive late, you have coffee but not cup..so they need only to fix something and can get the score of 10

Pros: Great location, walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Gaudis Casas, and lots of other touristy locations, and a short walk to the metro line. Excellent restaurants close by. Safe secure location with reasonable rooms and a lovely quiet atmosphere...
Cons: Bed I had was a flimsy single bed...nothing wrong with it, just felt unstable...

Good, but...
Pros: Booking this accommodation for my family of three was extremely easy, even though I've booked the room for the child and me firstly, and my partner joined us later. Communication was easy and flawless. The location is not far from the centre, which makes it above average for this price and room size in high season. If you're coming to BCL with a bus, the station is located only 7 minutes walking distance, a huge plus. Good connection with city buses and trams. All in all, if you don't have high expectations, this is the place for you, and I highly recommend it. Check-in with the app is a big plus. No fuss, all went smoothly.
Cons: However, there's a few problems which may, or may not make you stay here (un)bearable. I will try to summarize in as few words as possible (highly impossible). The accommodation is located at one of the most frequented streets in the town, which means that noise is inevitable. The bed is large but quite bumpy, I slept in a hole, which can be uncomfortable for some. There's construction going on in the apartment next to it, which means the noise of the drills will start quite early. All this can be tolerable, but the biggest problem of this accommodation is the questionable cleanliness of the shared bathrooms. Two bathrooms and one toilet are shared with a total of 7 or 8 remaining units. Considering that there is a dedicated person to clean it every day, I don't know why the showers are dirty and full of hair and fungus. If you have a weak stomach, don't book this place. Unfortunately, landlords in Spain are compromising themselves by thinking that cheaper accommodation means less attention to cleanliness. This is quite a minus. If I were to book this accommodation again, I would, but I would take a bottle of chlorine with me and spray it all over the shower. It's quite easy and efficient.

Pros: We liked the building and the location. It's in a not so busy part of the city so we enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. There are shops and restaurants just nearby the location as well and it's very close to the Bus station where we were dropped off. The room also was spacious, there were 2 beds also and with a huge balcony.

Nice, close from tourist attractions
Pros: The property is near the Sagrada familia and Triumph Arch. The coffee machine was a nice touch.
