Convenient, clean, helpful.

Pros: Location, as we were coming by train in the evening and leaving by train the following morning. Breakfast was very good - lots on offer and fresh. Staff helpful. Very clean.

Cons: Can’t reach the liquid soap dispenser when in the bath.

Pros: Hotel is located right above the train and metro station, so it is really easy to get there from the airport and it is also a good base point for city exploration. The room was nice and clean, we had hair dryer, iron, and kettle.

Cons: A little noise from the outside (air conditioning probable) - issue specific for our room. Our double bed was just two separeted beds.

Perfect location for people travelling by train

Pros: Excellent location as part of the Barcelona Sants station. Brreakfast was the standard hotel buffet. Superb views of the city from our 5th floor room. Very well appointed contemporary bedroom with huge bed.

Cons: Only a limited choice of bar food in the evening rather than a proper restaurant.

Repeat Visit

Pros: This is a repeat visit and I'm sure I'll stay again. The proximity to the railway station is the top plus point. Literally on top of Barcelona Sants Station. Ideal for late night arrivals and early morning departures if you are travelling by train.

Cons: Again. The mood lighting is a bit of a stretch for old eyes. One bright lamp in the room would help.

A wonderful new year in Barcelo' Sants

Pros: I like the position, easy to reach from the airport and well connected to the public transport. I also like the area, not too far away from the center but not too close either..once can breathe the true life of Barcelona just wandering in the streets around. Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: We booked an upper floor with city view, but this time the view was not towards the sea and the sagrada familia. It should be made clear in the booking interface

A brilliant stay

Pros: Really good breakfast. Fresh and incredible choice of really healthy options. We were upgraded which made our day! Having experienced the breakfast I will always book that again it was so good. So convenient for a train stopover from London to Valencia (or further south)

Perfect location to visit Barcelona and just next to the railway station

Pros: It was very modern and clean and I appreciated the disabled bathroom while I wait for a knee operation. The room service was excellent. The pillows are wonderful. What a choice!

Cons: The bed was quite small for two people.

Perfect safe clean and comfortable

Pros: Room very spacious with 7th floor vista across the city. Clean and very comfortable. Didnt avail ourselves of breakfast. Location great above the station and happy to hold luggage whilst we explore the city.

Cons: Nothing. Nothing disappointing at all. And enjoyed free cava whilst we collected our cases for our evening train. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
