Comfortable, convenient and friendly

Pros: Really nice stay at a conveniently located hotel, right next to Placa d'Espanya. Bed was super comfortable and shower was awesome. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too.

Cons: Breakfast was average, but still fine. Lift was a little slow.

Pros: Location to Fira was ideal for Mobile World Congress exhibition. All staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons: Cost even at peak time for basic room was high.

Pros: Location excellent for concert nearby and train station. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bottles of water given and coffee and tea facilities available although not in room. Room was spotless. Liked how you could open the window. Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast.

Cons: The room was quite hot. TV is limited and has volume locked at 10 which was too low when window was open.

Great location, clean and friendly staff.

Pros: Great location for the Sant Jordi Club for concerts, easy 20 min walk. New, clean hotel on Gran Via. Metro 5 min walk. 5 min walk to the Shopping Centre. All staff very attentive in English and Spanish. Friendly, welcoming and helpful.

A sunny day in Barcelona

Pros: The staff is what made our day! All people were exceptional, we felt as if they were our good friends. The hotel itself is very small, the room was tiny, but we didn’t feel any inconvenience. The room was really clean. Upon check-in, the receptionist gave us some bottles of water and a map, and he told us what and where to see in the city. This was invaluable and more informative than searching online ourselves. The lady at breakfast was really nice. We were only for one day there, but after such a warm welcome we will definitely come to Barcelona again.

Cons: In the bathroom, the towel rack is located above the toilet, which is very inconvenient. The toilet paper holder is awkward; the paper kept falling out.

Pros: Location has excellent transport connections, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. There is a direct bus from the airport with a stop almost right next to the hotel. A shopping mall Arena with a food court is located nearby, which is very convenient. We stayed during winter and the room was warm and comfortable. Everything was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet short stay

Pros: Check in was very easy. Location was good and easy to go to airport. We took a taxi to the airport and it cost us 22 euros. The room was good and clean. Not big but confortable and clean so perfect for 1 night stay. There are many reatauraants around. Our favourite was an asian restaurant 1 min walk in the same block. It took us 30 min walk to passeig graça. Quiet area.
