Pros: This hotel was outstanding. It was my sons 14th birthday and the staff went above and beyond. He received a bday cake twice. We were able to watch english movies on our apple tv login. Anything we needed was never too much. Staff were amazing.

Fantastic hotel, location and staff. We will definitely be back!!

Pros: The staff were excellent, from reception (Franco) to the hotel’s restaurant (Raquel makes the best cafe latte) they were super friendly and super helpful. The location of this hotel was perfect for us. So close to the Metro and the hotel is in a culturally interesting location.

Pros: Great central hotel. Very clean, warm, with lots of facilities. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Barcelona.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms

Pros: Excellent location with the metro, shopping centre and bus stops next to it. Plenty of landmarks and green spaces nearby. Great as a central location. Housekeeping staff extremely helpful and friendly, top ladies.

Cons: Limited reception staff and had to wait a long time to check in, even though I had already completed online check in.

Pros: Very good location, steps away from the airport bus stop, and an easy 10-minute walk from main train station. Restaurants, shops nearby. Good breakfast !

Comfortable, clean and central

Pros: The hotel is located centrally just off the Plaza de Espana. Staff were all very friendly and we were thrilled to be VIP guests of the day! Breakfast was fresh with a good selection of foods. Everything was clean and comfortable. We would recommend to others.

Amazing location to go and explore Barcelona

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent. The metro, to travel to the gothic quarter etc, was a two minute walk from the front door. There are sights to see in the vicinity too and lots of places to eat.
