Fantastic hotel and staff

Pros: Really enjoyed our stay here. Clean rooms, great work from the hotel staff! Breakfast was lovely too, would thoroughly recommend 😊

Pros: Clean, comfortable, nice staff and very good location (right next to Westfield)

Cons: No double room - received 2 x twin single beds, which is a shame. Also quite pricey but this was likely due to it being Valentine’s weekend

Great stay, freindly syaff, and have vegan breakfast options !

Pros: Loved the attention to detail, everything worked well, staff were so polite and friendly and they even arranged a vegan breakfast for us, which was well appreciated. There were some works being done in the premises and they appologized and upgraded our rooms for the inconvenience, which we also really appreciated

Group Trip!

Pros: The location right by the mall was great! In a quiet neighbourhood. The staff were great from the reception to the dining, they really paid attention to. We were assisted at check-in despite arriving earlier than our check-in time.

Cons: The rooms were a little dark, mostly because the wooden furniture plus the colour of the curtains made the room appear dark. The hotel might want to consider changing the furniture and curtains to brighter colours or consider white for a clean look.

Lovely staff, good location- breakfast was very good and very clean hotel and rooms

Pros: The property location was fantastic just a minute walk to the Westfield shopping centre and close to most tourist attractions

Cons: The only downside was no swimming pool for myself and kids to enjoy- the restaurant was okay but limited options but not bad- Gym was not really a gym a few machines nothing else

Pros: Great shower, massive king sized double bed, great location. Easy to to walk to the metro (Sant Andreu).

Cons: No kettle or coffee making in the room.

Pros: The employees are wonderful. My room and bathroom were super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. And the breakfast was great. The mall was right next door. Perfect for someone travelling alone.

Cons: I was woken up at 4:30 am by a mosquito!!!!

Pros: Fantastic staff who arranged everything for us at the very last minute due to a cancelled flight. Friendly and proffesional the whole way through
