Pros: Very clean, decor was modern but cosy. Room was quiet with no outside noise. Very friendly and helpful staff

Would definitely recommend and stay again

Pros: Clean, nice safe environment, friendly and welcoming staff, nice seating areas in reception, nice amenities.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast. They were pretty much serving the same thing every morning with minor changes to selections. Taster quite bland but not terrible.

Pros: The room is amazing, spacious, comfortable and clean and the hotel in general is very welcoming

Pros: Room was clean, comfy and looked nice, front desk staff were very helpful.

Cons: Poor sound isolation; creaky doors inside the room; housekeeping staff tried to come in while we were still there, even though we were only staying for one night.

Pros: My stay at the hotel was truly a wonderful experience. I would especially like to praise the staff – the reception team was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Every question or request was handled quickly and efficiently, which made my stay even more pleasant. However, the highest praise goes to the housekeeping staff. Every day they cleaned the room thoroughly and carefully, leaving it spotless and fresh. You could notice the attention to every detail – from the perfectly made bed to the neatly arranged items and the cleanliness of the bathroom. Their effort, dedication, and professionalism truly deserve recognition. Thank you to the entire team for the warmth and excellent service. I will gladly return! 🌟

Pros: I have stayed here before, and I always enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped with a hairdryer, kettle, and a small mini-bar/fridge. The room I had this time was exceptional and very spacious.This is an up-and-coming area. When I first started visiting, it was far from the best area of the city, but it is improving rapidly. It is also only a few stops on the underground (metro) from the centre.

Cons: Nothing.

We had a wonderful stay and staff couldn’t have been nicer x

Pros: Delicious breakfast and great value! The terrace has the most amazing view, we visited in winter so can only imagine how amazing it would be in the summer!

Cons: It was slightly separate from the city highlights, but this meant it was quiet and the metro is so efficient so it was no problem at all really.
