Great hotel and facilities!

Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean and you can tell it’s been recently refurbished. Great spa, there are various saunas, whirlpools,and an indoor pool.

Cons: The doors (opening with key cards) were a bit temperamental. The hotel is opposite some sort of recycling centre, which can be a bit loud.

Lovely hotel with spacious and clean rooms

Pros: Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Staff were lovely and the location was also good, just a short walk away from the beach.

Pros: The staff is lovely and super helpful. The gym and the spa are great too ! Quite central, 20 to 30 mn away from most attractions or the beach. There are several places to eat around, roughly 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Pros: We liked the room and spa, it was a joyful stay for us The room was clean and big , enough space in the bedroom and on the bathroom Good wardrobe. No sound of the fridge working at night , the room is quiet , good to sleep . Really allows to relax . The so is very good . We like spa, and sauna, and it’s a good one, not to mention that spa was included in our reservation My 6th time in Barcelona , but my 1st I have nothing to complain about . price worthy, good place .

Cons: The double bed would be better We had two single beds put together As for a couple, we would prefer a bed for a couple

Pros: A hotel menager Kristina arranged everything for our family . The receptionist staff is very sympatic gaves us useful information about the Barcelona.

Comfortable hotel, but disappointing for a limited spa availability and internet issues

Pros: Great location, with no street noise. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons: Check-in starts at 4:00 PM, which felt quite late. We had a very early disembarkation from a cruise ship and had to wait half the day before check-in. Thankfully, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage in a separate room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the internet did not work during the only night we stayed. My phone was broken, and I was relying on my tablet and the hotel’s internet, so this was particularly inconvenient. There was no apology, compensation, or offer of a future discount, which left a negative impression. We stayed only one night before an early flight, and for such a short “bed-only” stay, the price felt quite high — especially considering the limited time spent in the hotel and the fact that the internet was unavailable when we needed it most. The SPA was not available at all times but only during limited time slots, and it was very difficult to adjust our schedule to those hours. In addition, the SPA visit has to be booked in advance, which made it even less convenient, especially for a short stay. In our country, if a hotel has a spa, it is usually open from morning until late evening without any bookings in advance.

Pros: Excellent hotel, the hotel staff is constantly refreshing, and the spa is amazing!

Pros: Excellent food, in particular the breakfast. Great, friendly, efficient staff. Really, really comfortable bed. Within walking distance to the city centre, but far enough out to be quiet. Also beside some great locals bars and restaurants.
