Acceptable accommodation at a refreshing price amidst Barcelona's overpricing

Pros: The location is extremely good! The host explained everything in detail and gave tips for dining and transportation. Exceptional cleanliness was maintained every day

Cons: The facilities are very worn out and smell a bit old. We rented a double room with a private bathroom, which is spacious, and that's exactly why we didn't understand why there weren't two armchairs or comfortable chairs with a small coffee table. The room has a mirrored dressing table with a folding wooden garden chair that is a punishment to sit on, it's so painful. Packing surface is missing. The water in the bathtub does not drain or drains too slowly, and it is worth improving the ventilation. Overall, a small portion of the revenue should only be spent on maintenance and upgrades or making it more comfortable.

Clean and convenient stay. Good value for money

Pros: Close to the venue of where my concert was located and close to airport.

Cons: Only one bathroom for about 5 rooms.

Pros: Super clean and the host was lovely, bed was nice and just as a room, I couldn’t complain

Cons: It takes about 30minutes by walking and the metro to get to the city centre which takes a bit of time. The bus takes about 40 minutes too. Wish there was aircon, the fan was nice but sometimes it was soooo hot.

Pros: It's a great place if you come visit Barcelona for sightseeing and you don't spend much time in hotel. Very good bus and metro communication to all locations.

Pros: Sí muy cómodo con terraza me parecí espectacular estaba cerca al bus para el aeropuerto y varios sitios se llegaba muy rápido
