Pros: The place has its own unique atmosphere — it feels a bit like an antique shop, in the best possible way. The 24-hour breakfast is a great idea, you can grab a snack and head out to enjoy a walk around Barcelona. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons: The soundproofing could be better. You can easily hear what’s going on in the neighbouring rooms if people are noisy or inconsiderate. Even though earplugs are provided, they don’t help much.

Place where you can feel like at home!

Pros: Very cozy plac where you can feel like at home. Great location, five minutes to metro, 10 minutes walk to Park Guel and 30 minutes walk to Sagrada Famila. Breakfast 24h is a great idea! You can always catch a coffee or some late night sweets.

Perfect low budget stay in Barcelona

Pros: The host is very kind and welcoming. The house looks like it's from a film. If you love old city buildings, the place is right for you. Everything is very clean. I slept like a baby, no outside or inside noises. The bed is very comfortable. Thank you. ❤️

Almost perfect, except for the children

Pros: The kindness and warm welcome from Mari, the cleaning lady, on Saturday, September 13. An excellent worker! Wish she could have been there all weekend.

Cons: The young children of the cleaning women on Sunday, September 14, were playing and making noise in the common areas. In the dining room, to be exact. It was impossible to eat in peace; it was like a kindergarten. Not a child-free environment.

Pros: Fantastic space convenietly located in Gracia district near metro and Park Guell. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast and snacks were available all day, very generous!

Pros: The staff were great, rooms clean and comfy and the breakfast all day was great.

Cons: It was noisy. I had the room at the front and could hear everyone come in and out and as it was opposite the dining room, I could hear everyone and everything there too.

Verdi 254 is a beautiful place to stay , away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Pros: Location, slightly removed from tourist areas. Room size and comfort of beds. The 24 hr breakfast and coffee machine were very welcome. The availability of shampoo etc .

Cons: The doors were a little difficult to open but this didn’t interfere with the experience.
