A nice stay.

Pros: Everything was fine and comfortable in the apartment. Metro is 5,8 mins walking. That was very convenient!

Cons: Some water would be nice in the fridge. All was good!

Pros: Nice, modern and really clean apartment. Friendly and very helpful staff, answered all of our questions quickly, helped with all of our silly problems were really flexible.

Family apartment outside of dense tourist traffic

Pros: We chose this destination because it was outside of the main tourist area, and we were looking for a slower-paced accommodation. The location of this apartment made it easy to get on the Metro (7 min walk) and get to the main tourist areas within 15-30 minutes. The host Laura was readily available via text and helpful in every way. The accommodations are comfortable, quiet and well maintained, and the neighborhood is relaxed, friendly and uncrowded. The apartment has both a washer and a separate dryer, and the dryer works well. The kitchen comes with a single cup Nespresso machine, toaster, hot pot, microwave as well as full refrigerator and stove. There are many market options within a few minutes' walk to stock up on kitchen foods/essentials. The Makus cafeteria/cafe near the apartment at Carrer de Ricart 24 was our favorite for coffee and pastries, and it also sells takeaway sandwiches.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like, but here are a few tips: We took an Uber from the airport to the apartment for about 43 euros (mid-day, weekday). The apartment is up two flights of stairs. There is another Apt. 2 after the first flight of stairs, but that is not the right apartment. Keep going! (There is also a small elevator). We purchased the T-usual Metro subway tickets, as suggested by Laura, which made our public transportation experience easy. The Metro in Barcelona is excellent--clean, dependable and efficient. We struggled with the restaurant options around the apartment. The Cap I Cua was the best of the ones that we tried. The two bathrooms are not stocked with shampoo/conditioner.

Pros: Kainos ir kokybės santykis puikus. Su centru susiekimas patogus, bet čia nėra turistų, todėl pasijausite kaip vietiniai. Iki Jūros galima nueiti arba pavažiuoti autobusu, tikrai netoli. Aplink daug parduotuvių, kavinių. Butas yra 3 miegamųjų ir svetainė. Su balkonu.

Cons: Per langą išties nėra vaizdo, o vienas kambarys neturi lango. Bet juk bute būname tik pamiegoti ir nusiprausti.

Fuimos unos días de trabajo y el alojamiento es perfecto.

Pros: La limpieza y estado del apartamento. Nuevo, parecía recién sacado de IKEA.

Estancia inmejorable con todo lo que necesita un apartamento

Pros: El apartamento es maravilloso tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Recomiendo encarecidamente este apartamento si tienes que hacer gestiones en Barcelona pero quieres estar un poco alejado del centro para poder descansar , se encuentra muy cerca de el centro de Barcelona en pocas paradas de metro con muy buenos enlaces , el apartamento es limpio confortable y agradable , tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y el personal muy atento y profesional para mí un 10
