Take it!

Pros: Highly recommended! We were a group of 7, including 3 children aged 6 to 12. Very pleasant cooperation. Despite our late arrival, the host was waiting for us at the apartment. The apartment itself was cozy and clean, with everything we needed. A spacious balcony, and shops and restaurants nearby. We walked to the metro. I truly recommend it!

Nice and spacious apartament

Pros: Very nice and spacious apartament with confy beds. You have all You need in the kitchen, the residendial area is also safe, bus station close, I reccomend this place.

Pros: Nice location, quiet place, very clean rooms, easy to reach the metropolitan to visit the city, very kind host. Recommended!

Pros: Everything was great, perfect location for our purpose, clean apartment, comfortable beds.

Cons: We had problems with using a key in one of the elevators , in the other one, key worked but many times elevator didn’t come to the lobby or doors didn’t open. ( i believe issue was dealt since) So if you’re planning to stay out late at night when most of the tenants are sleeping and there’s no one to help you, ask for a key for the stairwell ( from there you can still access your apartment floor) Originally we were told that in case of emergency someone is on the site and will help us but that wasn’t a case. Also , make sure you get all details about storing luggage after you check out because it won’t be at a same property ( you need to take to their office) and there’s a charge of 5€ per luggage ( which we didn’t know in advance)

comfortable, really good price/quality ratio, support service actually helps

Pros: The property was clean, comfortable and big enough for our group of six. It had all necessary appliances, good WiFi, nice view from the balcony. Easy check-in/checkout system. The location is excellent: you can easily get to the beach or to the center of the city. There are many shops, restaurants etc. It’s not too close but not too far from the city center.

Cons: We had to wait a bit to get the key because of the storm but it was still delivered regardless of weather conditions

Pleasant and neat apartment

Pros: Really nice and comfortable apartment with all essentials. Plenty of storage, 2 bathrooms. We stayed for 10 days as a group of 7 people (children, adults, seniors). Great location, close to bus, 15-18 min walk to metro station. Food shops, grocery stores are 2 min walk away.

Cons: The issue with obtaining a key was a bit of a hassle. Every building in Barcelona appears to have to be open with a key (even the entrance door to a lobby). Elevator is also activated by a key. Discuss this matter well in advance of your stay. Fortunately staff was responsive and accommodating as we arrived and waited by the door to get access.
