Pros: If you see this property available, grab it immediately! This is one of the best places we have stayed as a family. So close to the beach, you don't need to bring anything with you to the shore. Because the apartment is just a two minute walk away! They had everything set up for a nice and cosy stay. All your needs are covered here. Toiletry, coffee, towels, beach towels, everything is included for your enjoyment. The owner was so kind with us, making sure we got everything we needed and he even booked us the taxi back to the airport.

Pros: Nice cozy apartment for small families. Location was very good- next to the beach. We got the apartment on the ground floor from where you dong get the ocean view directly but can hear the sound of waves and its still fantastic.

Gracious host. Perfect beach home for the perfect Barcelona experience.

Pros: Tastefully decorated, love the layout, it is practically perfect for vacation with great access to the beach. Ramon is a fantastic host!

Cons: Some parts of the property were apparently under repair or renovation and that was not mentioned in the booking. had that been mentioned we would have been more alert with the surrounding. Nevertheless it was still a good experience overall. And if only there is access to beach from the balcony, this hotel would be a 10/10

Pros: Beatifull localization. Perfect communication with city center. Perfect viev on the beach. And MOST important are the owners - brilliant MR and his daughter. Very nice contact with them providing all necessery information. Definatelly will be back here.
