Wonderful apartment in Gavà. Barcelona

Better chosen for a summer stay

Pros: The territory where the house is located is very nice and well maintained. We really appreciated having a tennis court on the property. The apartment is very close to the sea, which was a big plus. Although it’s quite far from a shop, it’s conveniently close to the main street and within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants. The wardrobes were spacious, and there was enough storage space for our belongings. We also really liked the towels — they were of good quality and a pleasant touch.

Cons: The kitchen was in very poor condition and felt completely unprepared for guests. The cutlery and kitchenware looked old and worn, as if left over from many years ago — a tiny cutting board, chipped cups, and only one knife, which wasn’t sharp enough to use comfortably. The kitchen was extremely cold, making it impossible to eat there, likely because the apartment is designed more for summer stays. Unfortunately, the overall cold temperature in the apartment affected our stay, and the kids even got sick. Another issue was the lack of space to hang or store winter coats. Since it was winter, we had to keep our coats on the sofa, which made the living room difficult to use as a proper common area.

A room with a beautiful environment that offers great value for money

Pros: The house is located in a quiet residential community. Step out of the courtyard, and you’ll be greeted by the Mediterranean Sea—making the place incredibly serene, cozy, and romantic. All the furnishings and facilities in the house are in perfect condition and quite new. It’s truly a property that offers great value for money.

Cons: There were no negative experiences at all.

Pros: Lovely cozy apartment with a huge terrace where you can relax and have a barbecue. There is a beautiful pool and magnificent pine trees on the territory. Nearby are shops, transport and an excellent restaurant. The sea is a 3-minute walk with a wide beach. Incredibly responsive owner. We were hungry and the welcome pack saved us. Come and enjoy 😉

Pros: Everything was wonderful! The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host kindly left us some snacks and water, and there was also coffee, tea, sugar, oil, and spices. We really enjoyed the beautiful area with the swimming pool and tennis court. Thank you very much to the host for making our stay so pleasant!

Pros: Excellent location Host was able to accommodate for some last minute change with a smile, and helped me navigate a reservation change via booking.
