Great location, authentic apartment
Pros: The location is perfect, as is the authentic style of the building. Lots of convenience stores close-by as well as bars with tapas. It is very quiet at night, considering you are in a big city. Also nice is that there are 2 bedrooms, and no-one needs to sleep on the sofa. The 2nd bedroom with a bunk bed is rather dark, but you are not in Barcelone to stay in your bedroom, and it wasn't a problem (for the teenagers who slept there).
Cons: Perhaps some minor details that have to do with regular maintenance: the light above the sofa didn't work, the door handle of the bedroom came off, I am not sure if the coffee machine was functioning properly (we managed to make coffee once with it), the light over the sink was constantly flickering although that stopped at one point.

Great location and accessibility to local transport and walking distance from major attractions!
Pros: Great location - just a 30 mins walk into the city Center!
Cons: The locality was average. Recommended for a group of frens for sure !

Nice clean and cosy apartment in the historical biulding close to the subway.
Pros: Nice clean and cosy apartment in the historical biulding with the lovely balcony, a kitchenette and a washing machine. The house is close to the Paral-Lel subway and bus stops. A lot of small groceries and the pedestrian street with cafes is out there.
Cons: Be ready for a narrow staircase without an elevator - it might be difficult to carry weighty luggage (anyway, the stairs are very nice with the wooden doors and handrails, and floortiles). One of the bedrooms has window only to the adjoining room without outside window. The airconditioning seems to be not very effective, and it might be hot at night. There was no kettle (in case you would like some tea).

Pretty good and hospitale small apartment in old building on silence and pretty street. Recommend it
Pros: Pretty and touristic location. Small, but pretty apartment. Quiet and old-builings street. Very kind hospitality (all needs are included). Very good apartment for single, two-person family, family with childs.

Great stay, clean and modern space in a traditional building in very hip Poblesec area.
Pros: Quiet building in good location within walking distance of Montjuic, close to restaurants and supermarkets and 25 minute walk to the Rambla.
Cons: No elevator - not a problem for us but probably hard for older people.

Pros: Lokalizacja była super zaledwie 10min spacerkiem do metra/przystanku autobusowego. Sam apartament bardzo przyjemny i przestronny

Mooi appartement op een toplocatie in een prachtige stad.
Pros: Zeer goede locatie. Alles was op loopafstand. Veel restaurantjes in de buurt. Daarnaast waren er ook veel supermarkten in de buurt. Appartement was netjes en ruim genoeg.
Cons: Naast ons zat een hostel. Die hebben we bijna niet gehoord, behalve om 04.00uur 's nachts meerdere dagen achter elkaar. Sommige meubels kunnen wel een update gebruiken. Alles was wel netjes, maar versleten.

Pros: Чудові апартаменти, можуть вмістити до 5 осіб. Але потрібно враховувати,що одна спальня немає вікна і там двоповерхове ліжко. Оскільки нас було 3,ми не користувалися цією кімнатою. Загалом все сподобалося, єдине це підлога в квартирі така наче у під'їзді, тому бракувало якогось килимка для затишку, а так все ок. Близько від метро, гарний район.
