Lovely apartment in fantastic location

Pros: The apartment is in a great location in a relaxed neighbourhood but still close enough to the centre of the city. It was comfortable and spacious for 4 of us. It was great being so close to the hotel and all of its amenities as well as its really helpful staff.

Cons: Some of the crockery and glassware was dirty when we arrived and needed washing. Also the smell from the toilet was quite strong sometimes in the apartment. It was not clear on the information that there was a sofa bed, which we did not discover straight away.

Pros: We like the location and the apartment. It was clean, comfortable and gave us two comfortable rooms.

Cons: People at reception were nice but the process was poor to recuperate the keys.

Pros: Great apartment with good beds, great kitchen, and amazingly responsive hosts. The ability to store luggage at the associated hotel before check-in made our first afternoon in Barcelona hassle-free and the hotel cafe has a wonderful vibe. We would definitely stay there again!

Cons: An unexplained lack of hot water overnight (it resolved itself) was fully investigated by staff the next morning with ample communication and assurances that accommodations were in place if another outage occurred.

Posto molto carino, personale top.

Pros: Personale molto cordiale e disponibile.
