Lovely apartment, centraly located and very comfortable

Pros: Everything in the flat was perfect — very clean and well maintained, except a ffew walls that had some paint peeling of the walls due to damp. The flat is also centrally located, which was a big help. Bars, restaurants, and supermarkets are all close by, which made our stay even more convenient.

Cons: We were asked to pay a €300 deposit on collecting the keys, which they explained would be returned 5 days after the stay. Perhaps I missed this in the terms and conditions, but it was an unexpected payment and the first time I have encountered this — and I travel quite a lot, frequently using Airbnb and Booking.com. Although I was happy to pay it, it felt like quite a large amount to leave for just a 3-day trip.

Overall we were very pleased with the trip, it was wonderful. Thank you all!

Pros: Great location, lots of shops and small restaurants, metro nearby and good city parking. Spacious two-level apartment, everything as described.

Cons: For such a price, the hosts did not greet the guests with any greeting. There was not even a bottle of water in the refrigerator, and no greeting at all. There were many midges in the kitchen that bit. The deposit of 300 euros was returned for a long time, only after my numerous messages, including to the Booking support service, they returned it to the account. In general, of course, we were pleased with both the apartment and the beautiful city of Barcelona.

Fab property for a family of 4 with older teenagers

Pros: Spacious, clean and well equipped. Very friendly staff member who met us on our arrival and excellent communication. Close to the metro and felt very safe.

Cons: Maybe a few more bins in rooms but otherwise great.

Great stay for a group of people, would recommend.

Pros: Comfortable and cozy stay. Beds very comfortable, facilities were great - nice bathrooms, dish washer, washing machine. Lots of food places around too. Our host Mikko was very friendly and helpful!

Pros: Spacious and comofortable, place, in great area with lots of places with great food around. Perfect for a city break or longer stay. Also five minutes from metro line.

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and clean. Felippe, who met us there on our arrival, was friendly and helpful. When I used the app to message staff I always got a quick and helpful response.

Cons: One of the toilet seats was broken and, despite several visits by maintenance, didn't get fixed during our stay. The kitchen could have done with a pair of scissors. It would have been nice to have another sofa, considering the apartment is designed for 6 people.
